It's about the Neil Perry First Lounge summer menu.

Some classics mixed with new, soon-to-be favourites.

Thanks Red Roo!

Looking forward to another lovely lunch and tasting some of those "mystery market inspiration" this Sunday:D

A shame there's no pavs! Summer and pavlovas... classic....

Still, have to admit, a tough pick from the granita or the trifle (unless the trifle is poorly done / conceived - hope not).

At least two dishes there with Japanese inspiration. Interesting.

The pork with pickled peaches sounds intriguing. I'd give that a go.

Overall, not a bad selection.

I do miss the pavlova :(

But looks like there are plenty of options for me to try over the summer :p

Strangely enough, I see a very large billboard out my office window declaring
"SUN, FUN AND PAVLOVA - The Perfect AUSSIE CHRISTMAS - ALDI"

Perhaps Neil Perry sold the F Lounge Summer Pav rights ;)

Thanks for posting Red Roo. Salmon sashimi, pork rillettes and tagliatelle for next Thursday's lunch I think :) Hmmm.. They are all champagne or white wine courses. I might have to partake of the Petaluma Merlot when I retire to the plane spotting seats afterwards.

Next month cannot come soon enough!

No pav? I suppose I'll have to make do with the trifle
