Dan Murphy's and Other Wine Deals

A bit off topic but related, looking at a brandy to replace the St Agnes XO I just finished off to pair with the BWS 25% OFF.

Any recommedations from this list?

St Agnes is hard to beat (a favourite at the DrRalph place). I acknowledge potentially a different price point, but from your list, it's this one for me:

I knew someone would recommend the most expensive 🤣

Probably looking to keep it around the same price as the St Agnes

Nice 👍

Couldn’t find anything interesting apart from a lonely bottle of LEAS Chardonnay. Probably don’t need anymore but @ $58.12 it was hard to resist ;)
Coolangatta? I'd been watching since Christmas waiting for a decent cashback offer. 1 bottle went last week, the other one this morning before I'd logged into AFF.

Reschke have a $100 voucher RESCHKE100 when to spend $200, which makes things much more attractive!

These now have a $50 voucher DD50 on them too, which makes them crazy cheap!

Both are ReisWines who must have gone broke

SR 2014 and BOS 2014 are pretty sharp buying after taking $100 off!

I'm loving the Bos. I'm sure this vintage will be a cracker too. Thanks SC for the heads up...

Gah - I couldn't help it and slipped and fell on the buy button for the 2014 Bos C/S... aargh. Under $20 a bottle with some age seems OK. Will be interested to see if this one is, like the RSR, a very shirazey C/S, or if it's a bit more like a normal Coonawarra C/S - I expect it will be the former.

Is that a telescope to spot the next bargain

Too late, but we get the Black Bottle.

96 point Sam Kim is like a 6/10. The website description for the Reid Creek wines is superb:

INTRODUCTION:
ORIGINAL AREA: BAROSSA VALLEY, AUSTRALIA
COLOUR: DARK RED
SMELL: Complex structures and multifruit smell

For $58 delivered, and in a big heavy bottle, maybe worth a punt.

Delivery included so $49. I think the bottle looks like this (from the Vinomofo website) - not quite so "big/heavy". I think it's their summit shiraz, not on their website. ~$4 / bot can't be all bad though, right?

I took a punt on the 2018. For those who try, can't stack with the 2000 points for $20 signup reward.

Yeah, seems to be the Summit. $4 is too much for bad wine, so would be interested to know if anyone has actually had it.

Missed the first 3 days sale, today is 50% off, only a few interesting wines left.

Actually more than usual for the afternoon of the last day. Thanks for posting, I recently unsubscribed from emails as the daily cough and no option to tailor got too much to tolerate.

Cellar One has the St Hallett Blackwell Shiraz 2020 on flash sale, extra 20% discount applied at checkout - possibility to further reduce with C1 Reward points? (sorry I should have specified - GOLD MEMBERS)

Comes back at $26.33 /bottle.
Option to use C1 Rewards is on the very last payment page. $26.40/bottle. Triple points at the moment too.
