Dan Murphy's and Other Wine Deals

Has anyone tried buying wish cards at woolies and then buying big w cards at big w with them to maximize points via Amex platinum edge?

I have managed to do this with 5% off WISH cards via Ent Book in past offers and still get Edge points. Depends if they will let you buy the BigW card at selfserve.

Where can I join the crusade against high liquor prices?

Penegal, I had the 2015 Boccacioo Top Paddock Yarra valley Pinot tonight, my second bottle, and if you haven't driven by, do it. It is stunning................again ! Ten bucks.

Thread title says 'Dan Murphys deals'. If DM wine can be bought for 30% off rather than 10%, I'd call that a deal.

Perhaps those posts warrant their own thread in that case, as the amount of off topic banter surrounding those posts is getting ridiculous in this thread. In any case, continued discussion, other than to say, here's a deal I've found, will be frowned upon from here onwards (in this thread). I should hope that's clear enough.

Well using the process that shall not be named I just got 2 each of the 2013 bin 389 and 407 for $189 from DM. Going into long term storage until my son's 18th. Pretty happy with that.

Upset apple carts aside, I have used the "Voldemort process" to purchase two cases ofApple Cider at BIG DAN MURPHY'S which yielded a good discount and some frequent flyer points.

Let me be abundantly clear - the apple cider isn't for me, but it's to be drunk at a housewarming party tomorrow which I forgot about until a lovely young person reminded me this afternoon.

Winner Winner - I just got back from Murphys, but will pop down there shortly and grab some. Thanks for the tip ;)

Is the alter ego of this (or any of Boccaccio's other unlabelled wines) known to anyone here, or revealed somewhere else? Sounds very interesting!

I haven't looked at the cleanskins lately, but anything from Clare is probably from Jim Barry.
The d'Anna family also own Hoddles Creek/Wickham Rd, so some may be made for them there.
