Had an art series cab order cancelled as well! No worries, can't win them all.

After trying and enjoying the Clarendon Hills Brookman merlot from DM last week, I did another order..... on both occasions i got a winery sealed flat box six pack. 1st delivery, one of which i drank last weekend, appeared in perfect condition. 2nd delivery, the middle 2 bottles had both wept about 1 drop thru the cork (stained the inside of the box). I drank most of one of those bottles tonight, still in very good condition, not oxidised, but still a big, heavy, dry merlot. Def can't taste high/warm alcohol. The cork is in generally good condition, just looks as tho been stored in the same position for a few years
I can't seem to order, is it sold out?

Out of interest, what year was the vintage of your Merlot? My first order back in December 2020 had a mix of 2012 and 2014 loose bottles that came from WA. My recent order was all 2012 and came in flat winery boxes locally in Sydney

Yesterday I didn't have time to get to a computer and post the full list of price drops I found at Liquor Land (I literally posted the Leeuwin Estate deal from my car after I'd picked up a few bottles for myself).

Today all of the price drops I saw yesterday have been removed from the Liquorland website but I have a feeling if you can find these bottles in store you'll still get them at these prices

Told out of stock but more stock coming in later on Friday. Promised I would get the SMS before close of business. Nothing. Emailed over night and told this

Told them just to send the stock to Subi or directly to me and not to cancel my order. There is no excuse for them not getting more stock in to honour orders.

Don't ever take the product of the same value option. They mean something else that scans at about the $20 you paid, not something comparable to the actual product you ordered
 
Liquorland online is just useless. I usually dont complain in facebook but this time I had to comment on their fb site, See below.

How come that you sell wine online for pickup and then the store has no stock?
How come that I have to phone the store to find this out and not get notified?
How come that the store says the order has been cancelled but it still shows the order as open?
How come that you very quickly take the money but don't credit it if the order really has been cancelled?
I think you need to improve your processes. I will definitely avoid Liquorland in future.

What State were these in?
 
I'm in NSW. I am not certain but I think selecting your state determines delivery availability and doesn't affect the displayed price.
Metala white label and ringbolt cab both at those prices in my First choice in QLD. Sadly the art series cab still full price here
 
Can Coles egift card be used instore at First Choice Liquor? terms and conditions state "The card can not be redeemed at Coles Online, Coles Express or Liqourland." but doesnt mention First Choice

Last time I couldn't use Coles e-gift card. First choice only accept physical card.
Not sure if they will accept Coles physical gift card though.
 
Had problems with text notifications before and it was because their system couldnt handle the +61 the start. Had to change it to 044xx_xx_x. Picking up the phone to call was obviously too difficult
