Serafino Mega Sale is back.
Lagrein and Primitivo at $120/dozen.
Good values wines. Especially the Primitivo as it is the 2016 vintage.
Note that they were at $89/dozen at the last Mega Sale (2 months ago).
Thanks for sharing

Can anyone share their reviews of either the primitivo or serafino shiraz?

Langtons is doing HC Ironscraper shiraz for $25. I think I heard some on this forum talk favourably about it... did I imagine it and what about this price?

I quite liked their Serafino Shiraz, classic McLaren. Was a bit disappointed with the Bellissimo Primitivo to be honest. Very light, lacking body.. great looking bottle though!
Same same. The Shiraz is fantastic - I think I paid $20 - and the Primitivo is my Friday night pizza wine at $8 from the last Cellarmasters sale.

Edit. It was the Black Label Cabernet that I had last time, very good. Shiraz seems to get similar ratings at similar price ($25-30) something odd with their $80/doz price saving $76, maybe it is the Sorrento or a special export wine.

I went back to the Serafino sale to look at the Shiraz again and it's no longer there. But I decided to grab the 2013 Reserve Tempranillo for <$6/btl delivered, good value I think even if it is a clean skin.
