Digital Passenger Declaration to Replace Incoming Passenger Card

I have done the DPD three times now and it took me more than three minutes each time. But certainly less than ten and I don't think it was that stressful/ complicated, to be honest. That does not mean it makes sense to start from scratch every time, entering vax details/ passport etc., surely this could remain pre-populated...
I suspect that the external portal (for online users) is outside the "Trusted network", and therefore data is not retained there as a matter of standard security practice.
 
I'm extremely confused.

I completed DPD on Thursday. Appears to be complete when I check online.

They have sent me an email last night that my DPD is incomplete. Go back into DPD and it looks complete and nothing outstanding.

Now what? I've downloaded the summary. Is that going to be enough at check-in tonight?

That’s normal, you get a completion email after you get home.
 
Looks like different people get different experiences. Last time I did it there seemed a confusion of messages but worked out in the end; I arrived without question in Australia.
 
I didn't get any emails. Must have done it right. Is this a new DPD app since May?
 
Do you get anything once (email etc) it's completed and submitted?
 
I received email when I submitted everything and DPD appeared complete.
Immediately?

Anyways it's done I guess. Have tried to do the scrolling screenshot thing off the app after googling it but it seems that the app isn't capable of that but you can get a scrolling screenshot by going back into the website version. I now have two active DPD because the date scroller flipped to the wrong date and I didn't pick it up so had to do it again.

Taking a screen shot of full summary screen is based on your phones features (standard for most high end Androids) not the app, there isnt a screen print feature in the app itself.

Yes we got an email confirming everything was complete but then 2 days later on the day before flying got an email saying it was incomplete. Didn't have any problem though checking in or arriving back in BNE. Seems a bug with the computer version as many are getting that email.
 
Haven’t received anything but have screenshots. Had to update it yesterday. Maybe being incommunicado is an enhancement 🤷‍♀️

Not for iPhones There are plenty of YouTube’s showing it done from websites but whether it can be done using an app depends on the app. I’ve been googling crazy this morning.

I’m waiting for someone to take the Commonwealth to court for this process. It’s made international travel for those who struggle with technology almost impossible.

I'm in Fiji this weekend and am coming home tomorrow. I am in the same situation - thought it was complete and says so online. I get a summary page that says you should present it as you check in.

But right out of the blue today, I get an email saying it was incomplete. Yet there's no button to 'submit' it anyway.

If you go into each of the options again and answer the questions you can resubmit.
