Oh no. There’s that poor QF coffee guy in the avatar, above. How did he ever get conned into that crazy coffee blurb in the safety video?
I think he looks like someone famous, either way it is a bloody boring segment of the safety video, especially after 30 plus times.

I'd found that Deals page but I can't get TPE to list. Is that just because there are no current deals out of TPE?

To an extent yes. The origin drop-down will only show a city if deals for it exist in this JSON file.

Having said that, there are sometimes good QFF earners which aren't loaded into the JSON file, and hence don't show on MH's own Deals page - for example the $2k DPS-xKUL-DOH fare (basis DBZ1YID) - so it can pay to do some fare searches on EF.

Anyone know how many Qantas SC for DPS-Per run on Jetstar when purchasing Plus or Max bundle? I see myself making 15 trips a year and wondering where this my take my status?

From Jetstar Plus and Flex Bundle T&Cs

Qantas Points and Status Credits (Plus)
  • Starter Fare with Plus Bundle passengers are eligible to earn Qantas Points and Status Credits, subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer Terms and Conditions.
  • Qantas Points and Status Credits are earned at the Qantas Economy Rate.
Qantas Points and Status Credits (Flex)
  • Starter fare with Max bundle passengers are eligible to earn Qantas Points and Status Credits, subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer Terms and Conditions.
  • Qantas Points and Status Credits are earned at the Qantas Flexible Economy Rate.
Therefore you can input into the new-looking Qantas calculator and get 25 or 50 each way. So you'll hit gold booking plus or platinum booking flex fares.

Perhaps you can share with us how you landed a gig that takes you to Bali 15 times a year? :)

... and if funds permit, some PER-SYD-DPS, return, on QF A330 with lie-flat seats in J would break up those Jetstar flights (shudder) 😄

Good bang for buck, and even better when DSC offers come along. You could be P1 in no time.😀

Please tell me Qantas 'customer service' eventually...................answer the phone...?
I know I am a lowly bronze but 2hrs..............and waiting..............to change OWA flights..............

ex TPE deals are back:
Looks good - it seems that the NT$16000 is base fare, +++ is additional (e.g. NT$2145 for SIN).

Min stay 3 days, Max 14 days.

Also, a stopover in KUL in each direction is available within the fare unit.

Excellent deals, I am trying to nest an ex-MNL Qatar J special to Europe with this. Potentially stupid question, how do I book these? Every time I enter my travel dates on the MH website, searching for TPE-KUL-MNL, the following error message comes up, and it continues to do so even if I choose random dates:

We are sorry for the inconvenience, we encountered an error processing your request.
  • We are unable to find recommendations for your search. Please change your search criteria and resubmit the search. (66002 [866])
Any help would be greatly appreciated, this would get me over the line to LTG. Thank you.

Strange, I'm getting the same error too. Should be bookable via OTA though.

I don't think that you can get TPE-xKUL-BKI for that price and SCs. Direct flights are all that I can find for that price.

Unfortunately this may be the case. BKI-TPE vv is one of the few international fares MH sells which doesn't connect in KUL - and their Z fares are unlikely to offer xKUL as a routing option. This is one of the few known issues with my spreadsheet I haven't yet got around to fixing.

Yep got same error too. Asked TA to price up so will see. When looking the repositioning sectors exPER on CX noticed can get all A350 xHKG for 982 (1065 in S) but think this is in N so non upgradable I think. Can you do a points upgrade on CX or does it have to be QF codeshare?
