When a firm date is set, can it be announced what the flights etc will be. That way we can all book on the selected flight early

If we can make it before the Tutankhamun exhibition finishes on 4 Dec and include melbourne, I'd almost certainly be a starter for a BNE-MEL leg (or perhaps BNE-SYD-MEL, or perhaps OOL-MEL, or perhaps OOL-SYD-MEL or.......:shock and I was planning a stay @ HMSW as HOTP doesn't cater for families (is this AFF gathering family friendly??). Also, as HH gold, I'd have access to the Exec. lounge and be able to guest my +1 in as well!

Well! This is very nice!

Thinking if this event is a "Thank you", it's better done sooner rather than later.
So, how about October 22.
(unless this clashes with, some other AFF event already organised. I noticed Oct 29 is an AFF drinks night in MEL). And also, the sooner we have this fly / eat / lounge fest, the sooner we can arrange the next one!

I like the idea of a few cities, starting in BNE where it all started this week, finishing in ADL for the night as suggested. Lets people do 1 sector / all sectors.

Maybe those of you with more experience at this than me can suggest cities. Can we fit in BNE SYD CBR MEL & ADL??? (sorry DRW, Perth & Hobart). I havn't looked up yet where DJ flies / timetables, just wanted to get this post out so the date can get vetoed / accepted.

We would want to get to ADL in time to be able to enjoy a meal. Maybe use both days to cover more cities?? Or keep it simpler & just BNE - .. - ... ADL on the 22nd?
Please help me here!
