Many of us have also reported not being emailed about this offer and it was the same last year. The short of it is that you cannot rely on being emailed about offers like this.

I agree totally with your latest comment and said so in my post, but that is very different to what you originally stated, that being "Qantas never emails anyone about these promo's".

Never emails everyone means that they don't send the email to everyone just some people.

I'm guessing this was a flight between AU & NZ? The only eligible Emirates flights are those and only if QF marketed (under a QF flight number mentioned in the promo T&Cs).

Yes I've only ever booked EK under QF, TT.

EK takes about a week to post the DSC from the promo I did a couple of years ago.

My first flight with QF DSC is on Thursday.

I seem to recall last year posting of DSC's was initially a bit slow out of the blocks. The T's+C's have the standard blurb about it can take up to 6 weeks to post.

Well I have a flight on Thursday booked under the DSC so will see how long it takes. That's only a domestic flight however, the real action is the MEL-SYD-DSP J DSC booking that should get me over to LTG, that one I want to post ASAP but flights not until June

Just as a data point, flew on Friday from last years promo and DSC posted today.

I flew on Friday (10/2) from this years promo and DSC have not yet posted.

I am waiting to see how long they take to post them will provide feed back, I should also be able to update on changes in the next couple of weeks on changes. I changed a flight made during this years promotion for this Friday (17/3) from domestic to international.

I changed return flights from May to late March, same PNR same destination (MEL-BNE-MEL) so should still be eligible for DSC. Let's see what happens.

My flights in the last two days on DSC will take me to P1 for the first time (and the last I hope). Mrs Dmac6345 is starting to look for a new husband .

Are your flights from last year or this years DSC promo? If last year then they should have posted already! (EK/QF?) If this year then...............

I suspect I'll take my next flight before the DSC posts.
