Yes, a good start to the new year! Most likely a SYD-SIN-HKG return, but the CX flights won't count double. May also try and squeeze in a SYD-DRW flight to see my son.

Postings took about 2 - 3 days for me.

Some people have had posting within 24hours.

4 weeks and still no sign of the bonus SCs for me. The QFF staff on the phone say I have to wait until either a) they appear or b) the promo ends, at which point they can manually review and add them.

On Saturday I flew SYD - SIN, then SIN to LHR - stranegley, I received my bonus points for the 2nd leg within 24 hrs of landing, but am still waiting for the SYD-SIN to be accredited. Not sure what happened but the 'base' entry for that leg was posted on 22nd, but then removed and re-posted on 24th: will wait till I return to Sydney next week to see what happened (and see what happens on the return legs as well).

At long last I'm back baby... after years in the silver wilderness having to pay for the QP 'cause my company was to tight to let me fly much I have taken a new role (same mob but more opportunity) and have made gold.

Now, can I get platinum before Aug 31? Doubt it, but I'll try.

Thanks to Qantas for the double points. I made it early have have a narrow but possilbe crack at WP. Will need a good OS trip though...

Maybe I should have been more patient - just checked and they are there - might have effectively taken 5 days, but hey, they made it!

There appears to be no logic in this. My wife and I are both Platinum and only one of us got the offer.
