Curious to know if others are finding strange things happening with their status activity? I've nailed down what is happening with mine. When I have rung up, they have dragged in Jetstar flights and other red herrings, but the simple reality is the DSC's are only registering on the main total and the P1 score card. I've pursued this issue twice now and each time they've corrected it, but only after a time consuming audit of all my past flights.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue? It becomes very relevant when you reach the various milestones; every 500 SC's and 2400 SC's.

Depends which offer your DSCs are under but this years excludes them counting toward your loyalty bonus.

Wife flew (GV Booking) MEL-SIN-LHR a few days ago. The MEL-SIN DSCs posted but nada for SIN-LHR...

Still seems to be issues with inconsistency.

Will likely follow up after the return flights and see if they've posted.

This outbound not posting thing is interesting.

The other weekend flew 3 flights:

Outbound MEL-BNE-CNS, return CNS-MEL.

Now, the day I flew, BNE-CNS posted for normal points/SC, next day while in flight CNS-MEL poisted normally and the day after MEL-BNE posted normally(weird).

2 days post DSC showed up for BNE-CNS, then the next day CNS-MEL DSC. And yup, a week later no DSC for MEL-BNE/.

How bizarre.

Am over P1 requal point so yeah not a big deal but just... weird!
(I am deciding which flights the DSC posted for based on the date associated with the posting)

This means I'm highly unlikely to do a run to go for P1. I need to be pretty sure that DSC will post for all legs not just some or none, otherwise it'll be too expensive.

DSC posting 2 business days later. Domestic one sector only flight. No GV. Flight was booked during promo period yet changed to a different date once promo period had finished.

6 flights from the last week have all posted .... within 2 business days.

Just back to the outbound sector thing not getting DSC. I realised something about my own bookings as I mentioned above that I'd forgotten, that muddies things further.

I'd actually used 2 bookings (GV's :) ): 1 for MEL-BNE-CNS and the other CNS-MEL. So in theory CNS-MEL should have never gotten DSC if QF was consistent (yeah, I know... :D ) but, of the 3 flights, 2 of them posted DSC, with one being CNS-MEL.

My point beng that, as usual, QFF is acting very strangely with respect to DSC postings since I *know* I received DSC for BNE-CNS and CNS-MEL (they both posted, and had DSC 2 days later, and both flights posted original points/SC credit before MEL-BNE - which has not received DSC over 10 days later - if you canfollow that)

I realise if I cared enough I am sure I could get the other manually posted but it's just so odd in the seemingly random way some flights post DSC, some do not. Of course, it may well be at some point over the next 6 or so weeks I will get that DSC post show up on it's own, but I think it's very unlikely without manual intervention).

Just another datapoint to confuse y'all.

Another data point for outbound sector not getting DSC, using GV.
SYD-KIX return was booked using gift voucher. Original points/SC posted same day as the flight. DSC for return flight posted 2 days later. Outbound DSC has gone AWOL for 2 weeks now.

I am just debating whether I should be patient, or ask for manual intervention. I am a bit afraid if I go with manual intervention, they might tell me I am not eligible due to GV.

What should I do?

Many thanks for your help in advance.

Your gut feeling tells you to not to phone, yet? Yes?

If not desperate for the crediting, I would be waiting for the "8 weeks" mark.

The terms in the offer email say six, so I've chased it up based on that (and pointed out that particular detail).

If it hasn't been six weeks, don't bother calling. They'll just tell you to wait it out and then call back.

Our flights BNE-SYD-KIX were booked during the promotion period and (obviously) flown during the promotion period (or whatever terminology you choose). We partially paid with a GV purchased late last year.

Base SCs posted within a couple of hours of landing in KIX.

I was surprised to see the DSCs post for both +1 and myself on day 5 without any need to follow up despite the PNR having been created well before the promo period.

An email pointing out the six week condition seems to have done the trick, I’m all up to date now.

First time ever, double SC failed to post and they're for the flights I did as part of the HKG lounge run . Guess I have to wait a tad longer before calling?

Not much point trying till the six week mark unless your year is ending this month.
