My first flight using a voucher is tomororw morning!

This was using the 2nd part of a voucher, IE the left-overs

Since I made the booking I could not select a seat-online - I had to ring
I also can't complete on-line check-in

Since making the 2nd booking on the Voucher all I get is

Please call your Local Qantas Office to redeem your voucher

Calling to pick a seat I was able to get 23A as a plat, but it's annoying that I can't do anything on-line with this booking

Anyone else had this problem with 2nd bookings using a voucher ?

Yep, I had this exact problem. One of the agents I spoke with compared this booking to others and indicated that there were some codes still on the booking that should've been automatically removed but weren't. He did his thing and it was all good for me then. He didn't tell me what the codes were, but you call up and get them to take a look.

Thanks - It's "good" to hear it's not just me!

I have the e-ticket and since the phone agent was easily able to select a seat I am confident I have a seat :)

I have another heap of "left-overs" so when I go to use them I'll see what these codes are!

I hope this is not a sign that all vouchers are going to present this issue.

Processed a voucher over the phone yesterday.was a charge anyway as it was a full Y fare, however no problems redeeming voucher, the lady needed to put it in the booking.

I have received the bonus points for 6 out of 9 gift vouchers purchased during the qualifying period. From those who did not receive all of their bonus points the first time, has anyone received a second credit for the missing points?

I note that the 6 vouchers that have been credited to date have not been used as yet (still empty bookings) and the 3 that have not been credited to date have been used (a booking has been created but not flown). Is this a similar pattern for others?

I wonder if the QF system has an error which only recognises unmodified gift vouchers when paying the bonus points and that is why some points have been paid and others have not.

I was wondering along these lines also. Purchased five vouchers, received credit for three, two have already been used for bookings.

How do you know that it's the 6 unused that you have been credited for? I bought 9 in total also, and have used one, and have been credited in just a lump amount of points, not itemised in any way . . . I have received only a partial credit of the total points also. However, the points outstanding do equate to the value of points still to be credited, it didn't cross my mind that it could relate to the voucher already used. An interesting scenario..???

I have one voucher that presents that way, the other does not.

I can't tell which vouchers have been credited and which haven't, from my activity statement, but having received 5000 points and purchasing two $500 vouchers, with both being partially used, it really confuses me why only one credited, and the other two were for $200 and $400.

Anyway, 6 weeks from the last day of the promotion is February 7th, I think, and that's when I'll be making my call if I haven't had the remaining points. Not too bothered at this stage.

I have no firm conformation of which vouchers were credited and which were not. However, I can tell from the total number of points paid that the only combination of the nine vouchers purchased which could have resulted in the number of points credited is the combination of the six unused vouchers.

The six unused vouchers where for $400 each (and I received 24000 points last week). The other three vouchers were for small odd amounts which I purchased with specific flights in mind (and have now booked).

Actually it makes sense with my points that the unused voucher(s) has been credited. My only unused voucher is for $100 which has been credited. The two I have used are 1x$200 and 1x$100.

I purchased two $500 vouchers - I have since redeemed them and flown, - they were brought on the first night. No points yet for me :(

the used/unused voucher theory would match my situation I haven't had a second credit.

Bought $3900. Almost all used up. Only got a one off 16000 bonus.

Called Qantas this morning, the person I spoke to has offered to investigate and call me back. Hopefully this will lead to a good outcome, so far it is certainly more than I was expecting calling up as a highly valued Bronze frequent flyer.

I bought a bunch of gift vouchers across multiple days, got all the points for them 2 days ago.
