Oh really? I was going to wait until the advertised timeframe for posting of points before hassling them. I thought someone mentioned earlier that it was up until 7 February. Interesting... still might wait though.

All very interesting indeed...wait or not to wait....that is the question...?

That was me, working it out roughly from the last day of the promotion.

Called Qantas this morning, the person I spoke to has offered to investigate and call me back. Hopefully this will lead to a good outcome, so far it is certainly more than I was expecting calling up as a highly valued Bronze frequent flyer.

Credit for the last two (redeemed) vouchers has appeared in my account this morning. :)
I didn't end up with the follow-up phone call, at least not yet, but my priority was to get the extra points so am still happy with the result.

Sent email asking about credit second gift voucher, had phone call within the hour all sorted, excellent service.

Just got off phone from Call Centre. They advised that there has been some troubles, and if you have received some points, but are still waiting for more, than it is worthwhile contacting them to claim the remaining points and not waiting for the 6 weeks to pass. (If you haven't received any points, wait the 6 weeks).

They said it would be helpful to email all the reference numbers through and what points you have received.

Hope this helps everyone who is waiting for more points.

...and now I have had the follow up phone call as well. I have been happy with the customer service from Qantas in getting this resolved. :)

after one phone call on Monday the points were credited today and they called me back to tell me! very impressed :)

Can you please confirm the e-mail address as I copied the one above and got a failure notification stating the e-mail address couldn't be found? Thanks in advance!

try .com.au ;)

Ended up emailing them last night and have received blocked calls all day (blanket response is to not answer blocked calls)... hmm :p

All points posted from my 3 voucher purchases, however after spending over an hour on the phone on the day of purchase, I still haven't received one of the three.

I gave up, fired up Acrobat and doctored one of the ones that actually came through to put the right person, message and booking ref on it as I needed to give the gift the next day.

The whole process seemed a little pathetic. At one point, I was issued a voucher with a tennis ball on it, and the old voucher conditions. Poor form RedRoo!

To counter those who said an email or call has resulted in them receiving their points, my response was that I could be waiting 8 weeks, nothing more ;)

Thank you for contacting The Qantas Club and Frequent Flyer Service Centre.

Id like to let you know that bonus points for Qantas Flight Gift vouchers offer may take up to 8 weeks to be credited to your account.

have emailed too, will post result here

Seems like you got a rep who was having a bad day.
I had a call back stating that they were being passed onto a manager who would credit the points manually and it could take a week.

I submitted an email last night and received a phone call today. The rep said it was a known issue and that my points should be through in a couple of weeks.

Well there we go, so it was 8 weeks, and not 6. Must have confused it with the epiQure promotion!

Funny you should say that, as I logged on tonight to find the missing points, posted as separate transactions.

I'm now completely up to date on points.

My additional points came through today also, and got a phone call from the call centre agent letting me know they were going to be credited today. Points were also put through as individual transactions for each of the remaining vouchers' values.

I think if you are very patient your points will evenually post.

A couple of years ago I bought some duty free on a QF flight which should have given me 110 QFF points. Given the low number of points I couldn't be bothered chasing them up. About 8 months later they suddenly appeared. I was shocked!

Had a phone call from QFF today, explained to me that there is indeed issues with points posting and hopefully my points will be manually credited and post tomorrow. They told me that it was good that I emailed them otherwise there would be significant delay in receiving the points bonus...

Has anyone had problems with getting issued new PNRs for the remaining value of the gift voucher? For me it seemed to work the first few times, but now it has stopped working. I booked one flight a week ago and still haven't received the new PNR. Another flight I booked the other day comes up as a voucher for the exact amount as the flight I booked on MMB. Luckily I did a PDF print of the confirmation page. I'm overseas at the moment and have emailed them to try and fix up the issue but to no avail. I'll have to give them a call next week when I get back to Australia

From the sounds of it, I should hasten slowly in using my vouchers - or make sure I use them fully when I book!
