I bought mine on the 26/12 used them effortlessly on the 26/12. No points by 21/01 rang them told me that the wait might be up to 8 weeks. Called today put through to 3 different operators then told that they will call me with a result soon. :shock:
 
Similar here, purchased 2 on 26th Dec, one arrived within 3 weeks, the other took 2 emails and 3 phone calls to get them credited, very poor execution of these gift cards by Qantas.
 
Still waiting...... Another email sent and another phone call just then to say yes the points are missing and the info will be passed onto the communications team?? to process and I will receive a phone call once they are done.
Luckily I am not wanting them for an award etc.

Same here..first time I have ever heard of the elusive Communications Team... I think the premium desk should refer WP's claims to the "Premium Communications Team":D
 
Used 5 of my vouchers today for fares less than face value. The vouchers issued for the remaining value came in straight away. In fact I got one before the itinerary email.
 
My bonus points finally posted today!:) It took more than 10 weeks and a phone call to QF.
 
Still waiting on my points from the voucher I bought in mid Dec.
Sent a reminder email and if no reply by Monday I will start the nagging phone calls...!
 
Checked this morning and no points, check just then and points are there.... .Finally :)
 
My points from a voucher I booked on 27/12 just landed. I had called last week to chase and was told they run weekly points adjustments - that sounds consistent with the ones coming through today.
 
Still waiting. Enquired through website and they said they need to investigate. How difficult is it to actually get your IT to work QF?
 
problem is that we wait so long for points, then when they arrive its burn baby burn... :lol:
 
i rang on Monday to ask where my 5000 points were. I was told they would follow up with communications team. Just logged on then and the points where there :)
 
I was rang by QFF today and told that the claim was in the system and she would call when the result came in... Just logged on and the 15000 have been credited. Yay!
 
Our points were due on the 22nd. Rang the platnium line on Thursday last week as my partner. We were both due 6000 points and MIL 4000. Was told told it would be sorted out and would be called back same day. No response. Emailed feedback through the website Tuesday with details and yesterday my partner was called to say the points had come through on Wednesday by themselves. .. Unfortunately the operator didn't think through the fact that they were multiple gift vouchers. So if your still due maybe the website is a simpler forum to get it sorted.

Strange, mine came through within 3 days of buying the voucher

True, didn't mean to be so rude. :oops:

But if you don't want to hold on the phone for half an hour, sending them an email with your details may be what the Doctor ordered ;)
 
Have you tried [email protected]? Would probably take the same amount of time as posting on here.

I emailed, got a phone call the next day saying they would chase up. Today one lot turned up but not the other *rolleyes*
