EDR Targeted Bonus Point Promotions

Per the terms each shop should count for at least 100 bonus points, so will wait to see what else credits, otherwise they’re playing games.

Can’t be right, as I made at least 4 separate shops on one day with a can on each one.

Anyone save the email with the terms?

Been told to scan the receipts, emailthem to [email protected] and they will manually correct it!

Apparently they should have all credited today as they ran a check.

All for my day 1 (30/4) would be correct for me as I only had 1 shop that day.

Correct and I'll be onto them like a rat up a drainpipe.

Oh course - I save everything :D That's why I'll be referring them to it in any phone call I make, noting the lack of clarity in the offer terms and what I expect.

I've got more reason to ring them, as my 14/2 transaction at DSE for 258 points STILL hasn't shown up (after 2 phone calls giving the details) and they have also short changed Mrs LW on the Big W DVD/BlueRay offer (250 points rather than 750 - 3 different transactions all $30 or higher, only one credited at present.

Same here, still looking for the receipts, and I laundered some of the Macro receipts so they are a lost cause.

Some good news for this thread is in order I believe he he

Had some nice JASA flying with Qantas over the past few days, product still seems nice and this JASA is with the valued help from EDR...

J class always makes me wonder whY i used to fly Y...!

I don't think I have all of the MACRO receipts. Might phone just so they understand how upset I am because I don't think I should need to email receipts, I'm sure they have a record they can see perfectly clearly. Complete BS that I should have to prove my spend, when they advertise scanning for every purchase for bonus points at certain times, so they must have a log.

I've got a lot of free time, might take it up with them for the next couple years.



I don't like having to quote receipt details either on the few times I've had to chase up bonus points (I still have the receipts with me though). The transactions where I have qualified for the bonus points have shown on my EDR statement. I would like to be able to direct the call center staff to these entries so they can use their own records as proof that I made the required purchases. I'm sure someone from Everyday Rewards could go into these transactions to verify that the required goods were part of the transaction. Unfortunately the call centre staff won't take this as evidence and ask for the receipt details all the time. It annoys me because I have followed all the instructions, but still the onus seems to be on me to prove my case, when they are the ones with all the information.

Well I did collect 150 bonus points from Big W on Fri night, the only points on offer for the clan. Seemed strange but also nice after the twice a day shops the week before.

Hoping for more fruitful pickings when I log into my emails in about 6 hours.

Woolworths Deli Managers Report Week ending 20/5

This week we had a large spike in sales of the following:

Single Hash Browns
Single Cherios
Solo Olives
10g of Fetta

:mrgreen::shock:

Very clever Markis10.

Well again I continue to shop at WOW, but other than a 100 seafood offer a few weeks ago, no other offers.
However ever since my shop a month ago at BWS I have received an offer every week.
This week 300 points for $30. I don't know how long I can keep up the alcohol spend but I don't want the point offers to dry up as well.
BWS is not my local, but at the moment I make the detour.

Well no love, so off to Coles and get my groceries and FF points that way

3 offers for me this week & 2 offers for Mrs Shintaro

Junior clan members, no offers

All offers used correctly will harvest 850 QFF for ~$250 spend at Woolworths Supermarkets / Liquor / BWS.... Not sure we can use all offers, however it should be pretty easy to get ~500 QFF this week with normal shopping week
