+3 on getting the EDR email regarding Dan Murphy's discounts. Pity I just bought the 22 bottles from Cellarmasters, otherwise I might have been tempted. I saw who the email was from and almost thought they were sending out Sunday's offers early - then I saw the Dan Murphy and my heart sank...

Spent some time talking to the Lady in my local RAA, we discussed how they should move to getting some $500 cards to make it less time consuming to enter the details of each card... Apparently they are selling lots of cards, but they remember I'm the biggest spender

While I was in the RAA store, and making my small purchase, a man came in asking "Is this the place where I can buy the woolies wish cards" so word is getting around. I did wonder if the guy was an AFF'er

An 'Entertainment' book has the same effect for ~$50, and you get food coupons, which can be useful sometimes.

I got so excited when I saw an email from ER in the inbox, and then came crashing down when it wasn't a bonus point offer!

I'm a little wary of Dan Murphy's online. I recently ordered 2 straight cases ( 12 bottles in DM speak) of wine and received 2 bottles
I had to spend a bit of time phoning and chasing them for the remainder which of course they couldn't supply as the wine was sold out.

I also received the Dan Murphys offer but no good to me as I do not purchase alcohol in bulk.

Also I do not want to start receiving alcohol offers from Woolworths in lieu of the normal supermarket offers.

Same offer here, I would prefer points over online deals as then I have the freedom to purchase whatever I want.

Exactly my sentiments. I'm not a big drinker, so I'd rather the supermarket offers as well.

Likewise. I gave up drinking a while back. I can easily make up a $30 spend at ww or W, but offers for stuff I can't use are just empty noise for me.

I usually just get the one WW EDR weekly offer however I received an offer a couple of days ago for Dan Murphy's & it had me wondering whether the fact that I placed an order with Cellarmasters the day before (& linked my EDR card to my existing CM account) had anything to do it - I have a feeling it did.

Wonder if all the other AFFers who received the Dan Murphys offer are also existing CM customers or have recently just placed an order through them.

I'd forgotten I had even ordered through CM before but their system recognised the email address & on logging on to my account realised I had to update the delivery address otherwise my booty would have been delivered to Robertson Barracks - now there's a scary thought! :shock:

I've never shopped at CM. I've shopped at Dans at Christmas/New year, but I that's the only time of year I go. If we are in need of something I go to Liqourland as it closer and easier to park

Tweeting seems to be the way to go to get customer service results from various companies.

There's also a link in the Dan Murphy's email to enter a competition which is a return trip to MEL & some whiz bang Glenfiddich experience. No purchase necessary you've just got to answer a multiple choice question - the answer to which can be found quite easily courtesy of G:shock::shock:gle.
