Ozbeachbabe, whilst it sounds plausible, I would think it's more of a blanket email than being too targeted - as members here are a wide cross-section (having bought or never bought from Cellsrmasters or Dan Murphys). I've only ever bought from DM once, from a local store and never online. I think the fact that I bought from VM this week would be merely a coincidence, I couldn't see CM bring willing to divulge their database to DM.

Tweeting seems to be the way to go to get customer service results from various companies.

Which is sad considering most people still use traditional methods to communicate and ask for assistance.

Social media should be there to supplement not to take over all forms of communication....

3 offers so far for the household.
Me, 100 points for $10 in the fresh seafood department.
Partner, 200 points for spending $30 at Big W and 100 points for $5 on packaged fruit (not fresh) at WW.

I've had the seafood offer 4 times but only taken it up once. The packaged fruit one at WW shoud be easy to get, probably buy some pineapple and peaches. I'm not sure about the Big W offer. They are trying to entice partner to use his card there again. So far we have only used it at Big W for a $2 purchase to qualify for the new member cross shop offer. A few weeks ago it was double points and we ignored it. Now they've upped the offer to 200 points for $30. I think I'll wait until they up the offer again. If I want to get 200 points for $30 at Big W I'll use the offer I got on my card last Wednesday.
