The EDR program appears to have been broken since 4 months ago, at least, for me. Can't seem to get my EDR/QFF points moving on the website

Well done WOW / EDR, thanks NOT for the enhancments...!

Haven't had a decent points offer since late August/early September. Now I don't get any offers at all.... gained all of 80 points last month. Have finally upgrade my CC so I get some points from somewhere!

Going through an infinite loop of logins, where I login and am directed back to the front page. Previously it was loading a non-clickable ad, as has been experienced before by others.

This has happened to me before many times when I try to login again with a different account. Perseverance and going back through Google rather than saved link seem to do the trick for me....

Haven't had any decent offers in weeks. Just got my first one, 25% or 40% of a particular brand of hair care products. How good am I travelling?? I can't even get a fuel discount any more!!!

I eventually got into my account. Nothing has expired/had the date changed

Dear EDR,

Thank you for so many wonderful years of earning Qantas points and fuel vouchers and for this you have had the majority of my family spend with your organisation. Recently I have wondered why there are no more bonus point offers and why my family & myself continue to use these orange cards at my local Woolworths with just pitiful fuel offers being offered. Fuel is cool, but there is only so much fuel we can use. I get confused why you send a bonus offer to my partner to spend $120 for a 8c fuel voucher, but you give me and the kids a 10c one for free...? Also why is your standard fuel voucher 4c...? Have you heard of Coles and what they are offering...?

Yes I have the Flybuys card, still in the silver envelope, un-opened and not registered, but enough is enough Ladies & Gentlemen of WOW... I despise the Flybuys program, but in many ways their program is much better than yours at the moment. I shall register these Flybuys cards they sent me and you are now on notice. I give you the choice now to show me why our main spend should be at your organisation, however I expect my first use of the Flybuys card will be this week due to your arrogance and incompetence.
