You would buy $50+ of Vegemite? :shock:Got this as well. Now if there is a sale on Vegemite this week there may be a chance of redemption.

Additionally, she then asked more about my EDR issue of no points and too much fuel vouchers and said she'd pass that on, and thought the more that left feedback, the quicker something would change. She understood the issue of having too many fuel vouchers though, and I think handled the situation very well.
Very pleased with the response!
I complained about some bad service at Kmart, reported it online, regional manger called, heard me out, apologised and gave me a $50 giftcard!
While all that is a great feel-good moment, Woolies couldn't care less about what customers think it's all about revenue
Just a tad different to changing the rewards program of EDR
It changed from lots of bonus points offers to fuel offers for a reason and it hasn't changed back!
However I agree the manager can't do much about EDR, but the difference between asking, listening and saying you'll pass it on, and not doing anything at all is pretty big. Lots of companies probably wouldn't respond, wouldn't care. Which company would you choose?
Yes if collectively complain and collectively take our business elsewhere, EDR will have to listen!
A few hundred people taking their business elsewhere because of the lack of QFF offers is tiny compared to the queues of people lined up to save 8 cents a litre on petrol

Yes as I posted quite a few pages back, the EDR points gravy train seems to have ended.
On average points are a lot harder to earn at present, or at least a lot harder to earn if you are trying to achieve an out-performance. EDR is just part of the current points drought. The one that really hurts though is the dramatic decline in various Amex Promos.

Agree. There is a real drought of offers from everyone except Coles at present..?make hay while the sun shines, flybuys.Yes as I posted quite a few pages back, the EDR points gravy train seems to have ended.

Again it's simply a feel-good thing to make you feel-good, which it has
I am sure your feedback was appropriately "filed"
So tempted to open that silver envelope
Brother - tiered fuel savings offer, 10c/L fuel voucher for $50-$79 spend, 15c/L fuel voucher for $80-$119 spend and 20c/L fuel voucher for $120+ spend
Quite a good offer and should be achieved easily with normal shopping....
