EDR Targeted Bonus Point Promotions

Eeeek. Mrs LW advised me that her EDR card has been rejecting. Time to get it fixed - but she can borrow mine in the interim particularly as she is off to Big W now.

My EDR points for yesterdays' purchases (Woolies and BWS) haven't made it to EDR yet - yet they have made it to my CC .

My first lot of EDR bonus points are there from Sunday. I never normally check to be honest but I got a real shock on seeing the running total today on the website
I thought all my points balance was from flying

Call me an AFF'er : - I hadn't registered my wife's EDR card. Needless to say, done and she is swapping fuel saving or FFP's as we have a pile of 8's and a 30c from yesterday. Thankfully she doesn't use it much (we buy most of our groceries using Woolies online and my card number is in the order form) - but we've missed out on last week's shopping worth about 100 points (plus some bonus points).

Suited up, waiting for the slings and arrows to hit me

I don't believe the value of Wish/Gift card purchases is included in the assessable amount for FF earn.

The following are exclusions from the qualifying spend in respect of the different stores:

BWS storesSmoking/Tobacco products & accessories, Cash Outs and gift cards.

thus I didn't swipe my EDR card. Probably not the right thread to post in, probably better in an Amex thread. It was more the convenience.

So as they have been doing it weekly, I expected the points accrued on 13th to be transferred on the 15th...so they don't show above, yet they show on my QFF statement

EDRs seem to be swept into QFF each Friday.

Did my earn 5 points per dollar spent over $30 shop on Monday night and the points for the shop plus bonus points posted yesterday.

This has happened to me several times in the past - sometimes the transfer across to Qantas never shows up in my EDR statement. As long as the due points hit my QFF account I don’t overly bother. (I do keep a spreadsheet, though, as they are unbelievably unreliable.)
