EDR Targeted Bonus Point Promotions

Aaarrrgh, realised yesterday that the online shop we did on Thurs night we credited to my EDR card and we forgot to add 1000FF promo code, so we only saved the $9 delivery fee and got 750 bonus points.

So last night, on my way to BNE Intl to pick up my in-laws from their SQ LHR/SIN/BNE flights, I went to my saviour WOW store near the DFO (open 24 hours).

Spent $194 and Week 3 finished, so $45 Wish card should be in the mail soon...

Had an issue with this shop that was resolved yesterday. Earned 9 Jamie Oliver stickers and 14 Animal ones as well (thanks to the bonus offer). Whilst I thought Stephanie had put them in one of my bags (as I bought the Animal book as well), when I get home there's none in there. Rang EDR CS and they said to drop into any store -as I didn't want to go anywhere near the Airport (store) this week. So dropped into my local store near work (Gasworks) and explained my plight to the Service Desk guy - had the receipt with me. He was concerned that they had missed giving me the stickers and rather than just count them out, handed me a pile of both. Now the kids have something to do on the weekend ;)

Got an email from EDR asking for feedback on my conversation(s) with their CS staff. Told them bluntly that their systems (or the people operating them) are the ones at fault. Did mention the phrase "work experience kids" :o

Friend got a miss you offer. $10 off with you spend $30.

That's a pretty good we miss you offer. I'm wondering whether I'll have one of those by the end of the year. All the other family members have coupons so we won't be using my account much in the next 6 weeks. That might just be long enough to trigger one of the good offers.

Just got an email enticing me to take part in a 15-20 min EDR survey for the chance to win 1 of 100, $200 Wish cards - fat chance. They obviously think I have too much time on my hands. They don't know I have AADD (Age attention def. dis.) and if something doesn't grab me in the first 10-20 secs, I'm out of it.

My transactions and points still aren't showing in my Everyday Rewards account however EDR are still tracking the points even if they can't display them. I just checked my Qantas account and over 2000 points were transferred there today from Everyday Rewards. That means my online offer for spending $50 has been credited.

After letting you know about the spend $50 on giftcards, I spent $60 yesterday and it did not work!

Time for me to do an online shop and gave it delivered tomorrow. Will give my wife's account a rest and give mine a plug.

The credit doesn't load straight away onto the everyday rewards card. I think it's either a few hours or one day before you can use the credit on the card.

Online order done for $189 - following rainbowgirls ideas, shipped via the specials first. Forgot to put in the 1000QFF code but as soon as I realised, rang the EDR CS number and after confirming I had registered for the promo, she saw I had just placed the order and put it through manually "just this once only" ;)

So not quite, 'like the actress said to the Bishop..."!

Going to advise them that hurdles are too steep. Will go and have a look at mine. Giving Mrs QF WP's card a rest might be a good idea

QF WP, thats an interesting collection of offers. I agree that some of the offers are very steep especially the $25 on Chips. Maybe they think you are planning a party.

I used 2 coupons today, $5 off $50 general spend and 15% off Chocolate (cadbury blocks are already 50% off). The transaction came down from just over $50 to just over $43. The discount on the chocolate got calculated on the price of the chocolate after the $5(10%) had been taken off my total shop. My initial spend for the chocolate was $17.44. If I'd only taken just $15 worth of chocolate I wouldn't have qualified for the second coupon.

I thought I'd include this information just in case other members are trying to figure out the best way to combine coupons or other offers which offer a certain amount or a certain percentage off the goods.

wk 2: 5 x points, $5 off $45 meat, $5 off $50 fruit & veg15% off $15 cheese ... Works for me. I'll take them offers me thinks.

WARNING - Keep your dockets safe!

Did a check today across our family accounts:

None of 2,000 points online orders credited (from Sept) - EDR Help - Yes they were all activated, strange
None of $50 giftcard purchase get $10 off your next shop (within 7 days) credited - strange we'll send you out $10 gift card per account

Those were just the notable points/cash earns missing.

EDR help - very pleasant and helpful just annoying that all major offers turned into failures needing follow-up.
