I've been having different problems all week and I couldn't see my transactions last night either.

Yes checked again this morning. Still nothing on my transaction statement.
And on the petrol redeeming page, it says my last one was almost a month ago and I know we have bought several lots of petrol lately.
So that may mean my fuel points have not been crediting.
I don't think I still have those dockets.
 
Would I need his card for use at the checkout, even if I have a coupon?

According to the terms and conditions you need to scan the Everyday Rewards card which has the same number as the coupon. Some of the coupon barcodes are similar even when a different offer applies to that particular membership. The coupon barcode alone won't get you the offer on your account, you must have the right everyday rewards card to go with the coupon.

You may need his card.

Are you able to get the miniature card from his Everyday Rewards card? That way you have his card all the time.
 
Does the discount apply to the total spend or just the items that apply to the discount i.e. pet products or fruit & veg? Not clearly stated in T&Cs in my email.

Based on my previous use of the product based coupons the discount is only on the specific product group.
 
Aaarrrgh, realised yesterday that the online shop we did on Thurs night we credited to my EDR card and we forgot to add 1000FF promo code, so we only saved the $9 delivery fee and got 750 bonus points.

So last night, on my way to BNE Intl to pick up my in-laws from their SQ LHR/SIN/BNE flights, I went to my saviour WOW store near the DFO (open 24 hours).

Spent $194 and Week 3 finished, so $45 Wish card should be in the mail soon...
 
Be careful if you try to scan your week 1 Gold coupon today.

There's some sort of EDR system issue and the coupons are being rejected. According to the staff my coupon for 500 points for $60 worked although there is nothing on the receipt to indicate that this was successful. The staff rang the EDR helpline and delayed me for ages but were eventually told there was nothing they could do and try again with the coupon later in the week. I'm not sure whether I'll get another chance though as I have other Gold coupons to use later in the week and as I did a big shop today I may only need another one or two items later in the week.

Most of the products I purchased were on half price sale or better so the amount saved listed on the bottom of the receipt was over $31. I also used my 5% discounted Wish cards.

EDR have got the juniors/work experience kids running their emails again.

My wife received this Christmas rewards on Wednesday and we activated. Note the spend hurdle, promo code and dates:

What's better - there's no Sunday email showing in our (linked) account.

Needless to say, email being sent to support with copies to show them of their ineptitude. Notice the same problem is across my account as well.

Two issues that the EDR CS staff are dealing with now :D (they are already fielding lots of calls on the Gold coupon issue :o )

Re a petrol points issue and that I could not see my Qantas points summary. Could see the total but not the itemised summary.
The phone lady was quite vague but I had the petrol docket so she manually credited the points. She said it was the petrol stations problem. She could not understand the Qantas points summary problem so I gave up.

The online chat guy was much more with it. However he said the points summary problem was known to them and should be fixed in 7-14 days? So maybe they have major problems.

Thanks for the information. I can't get into my points summary transactions either and I hope they are fixed soon. I want to check whether my 2000 points for an online shopping trip turns up and there are some points that are going to be credited manually which I want to check as well.

Looks like they are really busy fixing lots of problems at the moment.
 
Still can't see the point transactions in my EDR account. I suspect EDR must be having IT issues again...
