EDR Targeted Bonus Point Promotions

I too had a bit of trouble - qualifying shops for cash for christmas giftcard. On the first week did a shop of $49.90 (in addition to others) that apparently they have no record of - however I have my receipt AND my EDR card number clearly printed on it! They didn't request copy of the receipt and just manually put it through but a worry to think how many times this happens, and with no receipt I wouldn't have been any wiser to it. I will still keep ALL receipts until I receive the giftcard next month......just in case!
WARNING - Keep your dockets safe!

Did a check today across our family accounts:

None of 2,000 points online orders credited (from Sept) - EDR Help - Yes they were all activated, strange
None of $50 giftcard purchase get $10 off your next shop (within 7 days) credited - strange we'll send you out $10 gift card per account

Those were just the notable points/cash earns missing.

EDR help - very pleasant and helpful just annoying that all major offers turned into failures needing follow-up.

Missed a few as I have been away.

I am having a similar experience and am now in the process of chasing up our third successive 2000 bonus points offer that has failed to post. Is there an official EDR rep on this forum? If not then I think we desperately need one. In my recent experience FlyBuys are now way ahead of EDR in terms of promised bonuses being credited to accounts.:p

Im sure you've already done this, but I recently logged onto my EDR account and used the live chat function to chase up my outstanding 2000pts. It was done in a few minutes and I was able to entertain my toddler at the same time. Using the phone would have been a nightmare. I couldn't remember when I had placed the order but I had the delivery docket which was all I needed.

Not quite a normal targeted offer, but our local Caltex has stopped accepting EDR cards (they had a sign up for a few weeks). I just received an email from EDR saying I'll get an extra 6c/L off (so 10/14 total) at the next nearest one for up to two fuel purchases in the next four weeks.

Something actually useful rather than the usual impossible "spend $275 in a shop" ones I get :)

A Big W offer that runs today through to Fri ... no use as I can't get to a Big W until Sunday.
I hate offers that don't run across a weekend. Like they think some of us don't work.

I very rarely get any deals through EDR. If I do they're for BIG W that I never shop at! Oh well, flybuys is so much more rewarding.

We got the Big W offer on two of our accounts. I should be able to use at least one of them on Thursday. I'm also annoyed that it only goes for three days.

Wow, somebody at EDR is pushing lots of buttons today. My wife just got this offer:

Wonder if she needs one :o ;) :D (should I even deign to ask...)

Would be nice to piggyback with my offer above, as well as 1K offer for $150 Online shop. Pushing the shop to the $200 hurdle (after discounts?) will be the trigger.

HUGE HALF PRICE OR LESS TODAY ONLY SALE some items 75% off (for those with a sweet tooth)

110 today only specials.

Shop Product Group

[h=2]Starburst Lollies Very Berry Chews 700g bucket[/h]
was $10.75 now $2.50

I did a big shop today to take advantage of my 5x point offer. Unfortunately I spent so much my future offers are going to be unattainable. I haven't spent more than $30 for weeks on this card, today I spent $210. So 180 x 5 =900 pints, plus I paid with my 1.5p/$ AMEX, so that's another 315 points. All up 1,215 points - I'm more than happy with that. And I didn't even buy chocolate or ice cream! :)

I did intend to use live chat but there were no operators available so I logged a case. No response yet so may attempt live chat if EDR don't respond soon.

Mother, father and brother received the Big W offer of $5 off $50 spend and $10 off $90 spend between today and Friday.

Received email overnight headlined 'A little something to kick off the silly season'. Enter code XMAS14 at checkout when you spend $200 or more online and receive $15 off. The max I have ever spent on an online shop is $101 so no chance of taking up this offer. It is indeed the silly season.

Know anyone who uses Travel10 Tickets? OPAL? Think you can get Travel10s at least and adult ones soon add up - share some of your reward around...You get the points, split the saving with (if you know someone who uses them) the cost of travel10s.

You're right about the silly season. My partner received the spend $200 offer and our largest online offer was only $65 (and $20 of that was out of stock).

Hmmm, need to buy $250 worth of EDR Wish cards (as staff presents for Xmas) - can I get them through the online shopping method (click and collect)? Want to try and meet my targeted spend ($150) as well as my wifes' $150 spend as well (will throw in some groceries).

Not sure gift cards qualify. For some of the promotions they've been excluded, for some its been OK. Can try 1300 10 1234 to find out for certain.
