They are aware of the fuel issue. Had to ring about my last two fills as well.

My most recent fill up, I had a voucher that was expiring that day. Checked my EDR account and one voucher expiring that day. Now told by EDR, oh it expired the day before. What BS!

Just received an offer for 500 points for $250 spend. Not around to take up the offer and the target is way too high.

500 points for $75 spend. The hurdle is getting lower as I havent swiped my card in two months.

Mum - 750 bonus points for $180 spend
Brother - 1000 bonus points for $275 spend
Fiancee - 500 bonus points for $120 spend

Not going to happen. Second week of my $5 off for $30 spend and first of dad's $30 gift card for $100 spend for 3 weeks. At least we can pick which offer we'll use.

1000 points for $275...Too much and not around anyway

One of our family members just received a 10 cents off fuel voucher. That will be very useful as we are running low on petrol at the moment and the price in Melbourne is just starting to get back down to a reasonable level.

I just had the 10c fuel offer. Specific station.

I received this as well. Specific station is nowhere near me, as my gf last used my card for fuel!

500/$75. Not sure if I will use it - the freezer is looking bare so I may need a top up. See what my list looks like first.

Got the same. No 10c voucher. Last time they gave me a 10c voucher, the petrol station was offline and only received a 4c discount. The 10c voucher was expiring so no chance to use.

I got the 10c petrol voucher. They must have realised that I'm not going to take up 500pts/$250 offers when I know other people only have to spend $75 for the same amount of points.

Will have to watch the expiry as I just filled my car and I'm not planning on using it much at the moment.

Chase it up as soon as possible then. I have heard cases before where members didn't get paid the eligible points for their first online order and had to chase it up. The points were eventually credited manually in these cases.

Email sent today.

I am having this issue as well - expiry dates (clearing show on the website) are after the day i know i filled up.

I scan my card and I am told nothing (i always clarify cause they always say 'no discount' when i get points so its confusing).

Don't have the receipt - will have to keep it for the next time.

Never had an issue before only recently.

Def not having the issue of discount/not points.

Problem is with all these spend x amounts I am shopping less frequently so no longer getting as many rewards...

And now also have two cars to fill not just mine...

They used to expire a lot before the boyfriend moved in and got a linked card (with company car).

Now i wish i had more!

This was one of the offers this week: bit rich spend hurdle, but possible with bus tickets

WoW150812.jpg

but gives effective 10% return prior to use of 5% discounted gift cards...

Other offers points for spending too large amounts on 2 accounts and a decent spend hurdle for 250 points.

Curiously, got a Coles offer very similar to the WoW gift card offer - spend $100 or more for 4 weeks get auto $50 off next spend over $50.05c

Problem is Coles offer is better 12.5% and instant gratification (no waiting on the mailout) - but no bus tickets!

Well, at least you guys GET bonus fuel offers - as I've mentioned before, no such luck in WA, EDR just doesn't seem to offer them over here.
