I fixed that problem by getting an Absolut Vodka for $35, noticed that I could have gone down to $26 to get a bottle of spirits but nothing that I could stomach

Bought 2 pkts of Select Rice Crackers (seaweed), 2 small Morning Fresh which were on 1/2 price special as well, & 4 bottles of the CleanSkins wine. Should nett me 50 + 200 + 250 points. I intended to just get these, but did my whole shop there. Usually prefer the Coles meat, so will be taste testing this weekend.

Now to try to concentrate long enough to understand what I need to do to get the gift cards....

Very proud of you, Storyteller - you have all the makings of a good EDR collector :D

Now, what's this about gift cards??

Now settling in for a nice weekend of meals:
Atlantic Salmon with finely diced red onion, baked with sour cream / Greek yoghurt, sprinkled with dill, greens & carrots, washed down with a classic dry white; or
rib fillet with reduced cream pan drippings, on a bed of cauli, with greens & pumpkin, served with a cab merlot.

All while looking at all my rewards accounts & counting my points..... And looking forward to seeing next week's offers.

You like your salmon! :D

I reckon the 50 points for 2 SELECT items is a pretty good deal. I buy their Tuna so will check out if they have loaded the price or not, it's usually around $ 0.85 cents per can, so I might buy 50 various flavours = about $ 40 for 1,250 points + 15 points on the Amex

For me, @ BWS 300 bonus points for $30 or more and double points @ WOW for spends of $30+.
Sister, @ BWS 300 bonus points for a case of beer and double points @ WOW for spends of $30+.
For Dad, double points @ WOW for spends of $30+ and 250 bonus points for a total spend (can be over multiple transactions) of $100 or more @ WOW liquor.
Brother, double points @ WOW for spends of $30+.

I noticed the alcohol offers have been trigger by previous shops for booze. E.g. bought some tequila at WW liquor and got the bonus points offer @ WW liquor. However $100 for 250 bonus points seems a bit much, unless there is some great deal.

Baileys alcohol is made from the fermentation of whey. So basically its alcohol is derived from the byproducts of milk.

It also has Irish Whiskey in it I believe. Might have to buy some since I got an offer of 250 pts for spending $30 or more at BWS, also got $20 fresh meat get 200 points.

2 offers for me this week

double points or 12 cents per litre at WOW as well as 300 points for $30 at BWS

Nice selection of offers for the Wilson household today, they must think we're alcoholics:

Me - BWS 300 bonus points for any 2 cases of beer
Me - Big W double points over $30
Me - WOW tiered offer (150 pts for $200-$229; 200 for $230-$249; 300 for $250+
Mrs LW - BWS 500 bonus points for over $30
Miss LW - WOW double points over $30
Master LW - nothing

Going to let most of the double pointers slide - richer pickings buying Select products today.

Woohoo some love from BWS 500 points for $30 spend. I can do that!! That little shop a couple of weeks ago triggered some action.
No love again from Woolies. But I can drown my sorrows, thanks to BWS

Looks like Mrs. LW's offer might be hitting the sweet spot when combined with select.

Posted on a wing and a prayer ...

Still got two days to do some "select" shopping, maybe even spread it amongst the cards to try and trigger some offers.

Double WOW points for $30+ this week for me also.

In the instance I was to do multiple transactions this week, would it apply for all transactions or just the first one?

What do the terms and conditions at the bottom of the offer say as they will address this?
