I would wait till we see the applicable commercial policy https://www.qantas.com/agencyconnect/au/en/commercial-policies.html until then it’s a case of making things up.And now the battle with Qantas begins. Let’s see what alternative FF flight reward they offer to get us home. I have low expectations. Pretty unlikely to be the biz class seats we had booked with emirates

Emirates Ends Melbourne-Singapore Service in March 2025
Emirates will end its fifth-freedom flight between Melbourne and Singapore on 30 March 2025, replacing it with a third daily non-stop Melbourne-Dubai service.www.australianfrequentflyer.com.au
My hope would be for Qantas to offer a same class same day or close enough on one of their birds. But knowing Qantas that is highly unlikely. Probably be something like ….here is an economy seat this is best we have otherwise here are your points backAre we thinking those of us who booked with QFF points will just get a refund? Or any chance EK will work out a deal with Qantas to put us on their service?
