I'm surprised to hear that some lucky ones were allowed to keep their faulty deliveries while getting a replacement. In my case, they made a big hassle out of collecting back the faulty ones before sending out the proper 6-pack.

Big pain in the backside but at least the call centre staff has been improved since they've started up shop over a year ago. Almost sounded like those old ladies who pick up when you call the normal QF Platinum line while back then, they had some coughpy call centre peeps who didn't know a thing.

The bonus bottle just being placed in the side of the carton of 12 wines is a recipe for disaster. They have just put the bonus bottle on-top/beside some of the wines....

None of mine are damaged so far, but I have only opened a few of the boxes!

I ordered on the third and have arrived today. When was the Seppelt subbed with the Wynns on the site? I can't remember which one I'm meant to have been sent.

"Festive"=Wynns, "Christmas"=Xavier.

Not correct! Christmas had Xanadu Chardonnay and Seppelt Xavier. First version of Festive didn't have Xanadu but had Seppelt, then they sold out early Dec and when stock came back a few days later, the Seppelt had been changed! My e-mail from 29 Nov shows Festive with Seppelt!

You are correct - I just checked my email from Nov and the "festive" includes the Xavier.

It makes sense, when I posted those images originally the only difference I could see was the Xanadu - I used direct links from the epicure web site- they appear to have changed the underlying images from the URL.:td:

I have some phone calls to make tomorrow.

Yes, I used the position in our wine rack (Left, Middle, Right) Cage (for our storage cage), Hallway and Fridge.

Yes. As you add wine, you can add notes to each bottle. Their is also a "bin" field, which I use to note where I have the wine stored. In fact, this is one of the most useful features for me. Decide what wine I want, then figure out where the heck I have it.

Can I create a virtual cellar with them so I know where I have stored the bottle?

I have shelves, and much prefer to know exactly where each bottle is, not just the general area. While I'll agree CellarTracker is very useful, I love the ability to see where wine is. Makes life so much easier! Even if I had bins, sometimes you have more than one wine in each one ;)

Likewise, I have shelves. What I do is in the bin field, I just note which shelf it is on (obviously labelling my shelves too). I also tend to use wine tags on my bottles which helps finding the bottle quickly.
