IME, epiQure bonus points have taken 2-3 Weeks to show up.

It may be different this time but I would be surprised.

That quickly? Would have to be a first!

Then again- I sometimes imagine what they would say if a customer told them "Just deliver my wine now, I'll post my credit card details in 6-8 weeks time" :lol::lol::lol:

Bonus points from the week before this offer have posted today.

epiQure seem to be consistently inconsistent when it comes to posting points. Actually with dispatch and delivery as well.
Feedback form on the website hasn't worked for me and the phones can be a bit hit and miss but always very pleasant and helpful when I finally get to talk to someone.
I joined in January. Points have posted in (days after purchase):
6 days (joining);
13 days (1st purchase bonus 2000 & purchase points posted together);
2 days;
3 days (purchase, 2000 bonus + 8000 bonus for 4th dozen all posted in one hit - 10540 points for a $180 spend and only 3 days to hit the account - ha!);
Same day points posted (29/11) for 2 x 900 points for 2 x $300 spend but no bonus yet after 19 days...
Gotta love the points cost though: $1842 for 35827 points = over 19 points per $ spent.
Plus 4 free bottles of Seppelts Xaviers on their way ($20 ea.), but please keep the Wynns as an apology, Mr.TheEmu, sir. (The Xaviers are hard to find, the Wynns I've bought for $10 & $12 locally.)
And 5 free bottles of Jacobs Creek Padthaway $130 each.
And free membership for next year.
Along with some good value buys (e.g. 2007 St.Henri @ $67 each), I'd call epiQure a definite win.

I thought I'd get the 16K also, but was only credited with the 8K so far!

I was looking for the best (read: cheapest) deal to blow my cash on... when I really shouldn't!

If I buy two cases that'll also earn me the bonus for 4 cases in a year... so it's 16k for $300 :D

The 8k for your fourth case in the first year posts within a week while the bonus points from weekly promos can take up to 6 weeks.

I have received both of my orders OK (have a PO box). However, I ordered two dozen of the festive season mix dozen and didnt receive 4 of the wines I expected. The original website dozen had the Seppelts Xavier Shiraz 2008 (no disclaimer) but this was replaced with the Wynns Cab/Sh/Merlot 2010. Checking the website today it had changed to the Wynns and added a disclaimer that some wines may need to be replaced.

I rang this morning and they girl said they have instructions that if someone rings and queries this, Epicure will send the Seppelts and there is no need to return the Wynns. That's not bad service and I am very pleased I rang

I have been a bit slow catching up on this thread, but glad I did. After reading this last night, I checked my delivery and noticed that I didn't receive the Seppelts either. A phone call today and they are on their way. I had already received 2 bottles as a good will gesture for the delay on one case which was damaged in transit, so all up very happy to receive half a dozen complimentary Seppelts :D

Mods, is it appropriate to have an "Epiqure Bonus Offers" sticky as these offers will come and go from time to time ?

Sticks are good for info with a long use by date, with Epiqure offers often lasting a week it may confuse people thinking a post is a current offer, where individual threads tend to die quickly once past the date of the offer.

The current thread heading has long expired and now morphed into a generic Epiqure Bonus thread. Is there a better way to accommodate these ?

No it has not really morphed into a general thread per se, with people reporting they still have not got their wine from the offer, or the bonus points from the offer being the bulk of the latest posts. New offers will pop up as a new thread as they did on 20th Nov, 1st Oct and 17th August as per the similar threads box.

As for the thread title expiring, I don't think anyone has got their bonus yet ;)

Just received my bonus points for the two cases!

Hopefully this means they're finally getting around to posting these points for everyone - nothing here yet.
Still, better than a brief flirtation with Virgin Wine: bought several cases between October and Christmas, 1000 point bonus on the first case, 3 Velocity points per $ and free delivery. Apparently.
No 3/$ purchase points, no 1000 bonus points, nothing, nada, zip. And charged delivery from the 2nd case on...free delivery only on the intro case. Apparently.
Missing points claim filed but future deliveries cancelled - looks like a 3rd party arrangement. Underwhelming performance.
