It looks like packet sauce to me, to which you add the other required ingredients. For Beef Stroganoff, that would be beef, mushrooms, onions and pasta.

I find a bit strange that Woolies is pushing poison drinks as freebies. Actually, I guess it's Coca Cola Amatil who is pushing them. Ruddy things should be banned.

Got this Masterfoods recipe base one too - had a look this afternoon at the options, and decided to leave this perk behind. I'd prefer to make anything that appealed from this range, from scratch. I wish now I'd gotten the V energy drink
