I think the bonus has been reduced to 12,500 points. I saw it on a small poster at Dlck Smith today. Can't remember when this new deal expires though. Think it was 31st March 2011.
One pathetic aspect is you can only see that last five transactions on the website. Surely it wouldn't have killed the programmer to show all transactions from the last statement (as with Amex) or just all transactions (CBA).

I did some FOREX purchases using my card and noted the following:So not the best, but certainly not the worst.
- The "margin" seems to be approx. 0.4%
- Shown as a separate transaction is "OVERSEAS TRANSACTION CHARGE" at 2%
- Reward points are NOT earned on the "OVERSEAS TRANSACTION CHARGE".

Was there any significant delay in the transactions appearing online in comparison to local transactions? ...
Yes 12500 points.
Everyday splash page now has it.....though they have not yet changed where it links to which has 16,000 with a apply by Jan 31 date.
I applied and got the card. My first transaction was on 31st of Jan. I'm guessing that l still get the 16k points?
Out of curiosity.. what will 12,500 FF pts get you? Anything worth more than the $89 annual fee?
Here's the great bit: apparently my wife will also get 12,500 bonus points into her new Qantas account. All for $0.
So go grab that free 2nd card (with no credit check) - get a free 12,500 points.
