Everyday Rewards Targeted Offers

I did this week along with an email saying "thank you for choosing Qantas points"
I just realised the offer was for mum so the points won't appear in my account. Didn't receive an email. I guess Woolworths struggles with 5 accounts all going to one email address.

Well, I just received another useless offer - not sure if this is targeted or whether everyone will receive it:

"Earn $5 Bonus Woolworths Rewards Dollars when you spend $150 or more at woolworths.com.au. Shop as many times as you like, this offer is automatically applied at online checkout.* (has to be minimum $150 spend in one transaction)

Ummm .... seriously? Earn a measly $5 for a minimum $150 spend when I don't do online shops with Woolworths and there's no way in hell I'd spend $150 in a single shop anyway!!!

totally weird offer - hope i don't get one like that

I got the $5 online for $150 one as well. I've never spent that much online. That's a tiny percentage compared to the target.

I'll just stick with my $5 WWD for $30 targets for the next few weeks.

Received the offer as well. When I saw $5 and Online I thought it might have been $30 or $50 spend online. But $150 spend? Useless offer.

I can't find some info in the thread but I think it was discussed previously. I have an account with a $5WW offer for $30 spend but I have $10 in WW pesos already. Will I still get the $5 if I spend $30 but get $10 off reducing my spend to $20?

For me it still counts the amount prior to rupiah discount

Yes you will. This has been my observation in all the times I have taken up targeted offers like this where I still had Woolworths Dollars from a previous offer.

Other members have reported the same process.

The Woolworths dollars act like a payment method not a discount.

Can confirm, 10 dollars off, $5 WW peso's for next shop and even a fuel discount for spending over $30.

Given the lack of offers, I'm not too concerned - Maybe after they announce the policy for conversion to QFF points, I will be more eager to buy the "proper" grocery items. Then again, maybe not.

Happy wandering

Re: Fly Buys Targeted Bonus Promotions

Bought a last minute $50 Myer voucher for mum (the time of purchase shows how prepared a son I am) and earned $10 off my next wow shop. Awesome!

Re: Fly Buys Targeted Bonus Promotions

Made it through my second week of $30/$5WWR - stupidly forgot to split my transaction - spent $43.00. Should have split it into $30 and $13.00, would have only had to spend $33.00.

Either way, Bonus week this week - spend $30/$10WWR. Should be able to pick that up, especially with $10WWR up my sleeve already.

I did my week 3 $30 transaction this morning and only $5 was added to my Woolworths dollars account instead of the promised $10 for the bonus week. I've sent an email to Woolworths Rewards asking for the balance to be credited as soon as possible.

Did a $285 spend at Woollies on the weekend, got $1. Back in the draw for that card.

I think I did see where Woollies is fronting up to restart the QF point scheme and they spent $80M per year buying points previously. I guess they thought they could save that money but the people said otherwise.

However, all info to date about new QF scheme is that it is based on the WOW$ earn and you will still need to get WOW$ in $10 lots to convert to QFF points.

So based on my experience (other than FC gc offers) it will be saving WoW perhaps $75m of the previously $80m in buying QFF points.

Fire the bright sparks that thought the WoW $ up and start clawing back some customer share.
