Everyday Rewards Targeted Offers

Not that these offers are much good with the program not available in Tassie, but my spend on groceries is more like $300 a week

I am more jealous of the fact that many posters can't spend $110 a week, than not being able to access the points on offer.

Didn't get the email either.

Will send an email to them and hope for the manual credit as well.

Thanks to those who suggested I contact Woolies about this. Got the following response withing 12 hours:

'Thank you for your email.
I have looked into this for you and I can definitely see that you are correct about not receiving the 500 bonus Woolworths points email, please accept my apologies for this. I have now processed a a credit for 500 Woolworths points which you should see in the next 24hours.

If you require anything further, please do not hesitate to contact us.'

We spend around $60-80, but theres only two of us and we buy our fruit and veg elsewhere. We try to keep to a strict budget.

I took up week one of our 4 week promotion. I spent $40 exactly today at Woolworths and received a message on the receipt to say that I had competed week 1 of the promotion.

I reckon something wrong with their email system,
My booklet promised 500 points following an email on 22 Sept. Never got the email. Complained and got a manual credit.
I am assuming you guys getting the targeted emails didnt get the 6 week books - cause we still have another 2 weeks to go

Have you got a screenshot of the booklet showing this please? I can't see anything baout this in Mrs_O's booklet but I might havemissed it.

It wasn't in the booklet. It came as a separate 'expandable planner' which summarised the 6 weeks of offers that had been sent to you.

Hubby got his first offer.
Spend $80 for 4 weeks = 10000 points.
Better than mine of spend $175 = 16000
Much more attainable except he does no grocery shopping and I will have to take his credit card with me as that is where his Woolies number is (on the back).

My suggestion is to take the credit card with you for the first week or two. In the meantime order an ADDITIONAL card via his account with Woolworths rewards. If you order it as an additional card it will come with the same member number as the existing card and you can keep it for offers such as these. When the system works properly the additional cards only take a week or two to arrive and you get a basic card plus a key tag.

Good idea, thanks

I'm waiting for Woolworths Rewards to credit 7600 bonus points to my account from a 2 week promotion a couple of weeks ago. Today I received an Allstores credit of 40 points but can't find a corresponding targeted offer or a transaction that adds up to $40. Allstores is the notation used for delayed points from Woolworths Rewards targeted offers.

Has anyone received the points from the 2 week promotion? Has anyone else received a credit today for an unusual amount of points?

3 BWS offers across 3 accounts. 2000 points for $70 spend plus a free Heineken 3 beer. Two other accounts 1000 points for $40 spend plus a free Heineken 3 beer.

Out of 6 family accounts, the 3 that received the BWS offers, were the 3 I have put some minimal spends on while the 3 that received no offers had no spends on those accounts for over a year.

I utilised the $70 offer by combing a $10 off a $80 that I received from CM C&C for a spend at BWS. The 2000 points showed up on the docket.

Manual credit of the 500 points has failed. Following up again today.

Seems you have to watch everything with Woolies.

My 7600 points from my 2 week offer have been credited to my account. The points total is now sitting at over 8000 points. The notation on the the activity statement is AllStores. I am guessing that by tomorrow the points will convert over to $40 off my shop. Based on previous observations it takes around 24 hours for bonus points and manual adjustments to convert over to the $ off or other redemption methods.
