Everyday Rewards Targeted Offers

My 7600 points from my 2 week offer have been credited to my account. The points total is now sitting at over 8000 points. The notation on the the activity statement is AllStores. I am guessing that by tomorrow the points will convert over to $40 off my shop. Based on previous observations it takes around 24 hours for bonus points and manual adjustments to convert over to the $ off or other redemption methods.

I did a shop at Woolworths today (getting nowhere near the $80-in-one-transaction spend requirement LOL) and received a message on the bottom of my docket "Congratulations, you now have $10 off your next shop" which surprised me as my points balance the day before was around the 1600 mark. Got home and checked my account and found 1200 bonus points (from hitting a $60 spend target on one week of the last two-week offer) had been credited today so it had already taken the updated total into account.

There was another message on the docket reminding me about the $80 spend target (yeah, yeah, not going to happen) and before I even got back to the car, I'd also received an SMS from Woolworths Rewards "reminding" me about the same thing. ETA: Oh, AND another email this afternoon reiterating the offer. They can nag me as much as they bloody want, it's not going to make any difference to my spending, there is NO way I'm going to meet an $80 spend target for 4 weeks in a row if I have to do it in one transaction each time!!!!

I got an SMS notification and an email about my $110 offer. I thought I had turned SMS notifications off for my account.

This happened to me yesterday too (except I actually hit my $40 target) interestingly my balance is only about 16000 and I am yet to receive my bonus points from the last offering...

But the congrats you have $10 (no idea why)

And another message reminding me to spend before they end of the week - um yeah I just did that.

And the text msg like 10mins later.

Actually I should have checked my acct before posting!

It seems that I have got the "allstores" credit which is why I got the $10 - except on the receipt it say congrats $10 off shop. But upon logging into my acct it says I have $10 and then says "which will converted to 870 qff on 15/12/16

Confusing much!

It seems the 1600 is my current balance - minus the $10... of dear! even more confusing to say it like that.

The SMS and email reminders have hardened me even more to not spending $80 for 4 weeks in a row.

For some reason Mrs Excel got $40 targets in the welcome book, which I never got at all.

Looks like they remember I used to be a big spender and assume I swapped all my shopping to coles. Guess it's time for a few little shops to bring down the average.

I was going to give my $80/4 weeks offer the flick too, but then I saw they've got 3 points per dollar until Sunday. And, I was just given a $20 Woolworths voucher....

Yeah, just got the triple points email as well - trying to decide if an extra 160 points (134 QF points) is worth my while.

Some of our family members got the triple points offer but not all. I'm confused as to whether this is a targeted offer or a general offer. The email didn't have an activate button. If I don't get emails for the other family members then I'm guessing it is a targeted offer. I don't think I'll be using it however. I don't need anything at Woolworths until next week when I'll take up part 2 of the 4 week offer.

I haven't received an email regarding the triple points offer either but this was posted about an hour ago on the Woolworths Rewards Facebook page:

Earn TRIPLE POINTS across the store!
Starting today you'll earn triple points for every dollar you spend in store and online. Hurry offer ends this Sunday, 9th October.

So I'm assuming it's a general offer available to everyone?

what email?? they must really hate me...no booklet, no targetted offers. just a regular $150 a week online customer. classic marketing...i will complain soon..i learned a long time ago that you need to remind companies of your loyalty.

The offers sent by Woolworths online rarely reflect the customers average spend. I think they pick out a few random customers and send them the same offer regardless of how much they usually spend instore or online.

That certainly seems to be my experience - on the odd occasion when I do receive an offer, I just scratch my head at where on earth they've plucked the spend figures from. If they were relying on data mining, then it would be a big fat IT FAIL from what I've seen!

I forgot to say I checked the other halves email acct the other day and he got spend $100 x 4 for 4000 bonus points.

Can't tell you the last time his card was scanned - def pre Itch & Scratchy days!

Manual credit of the 500 points has failed. Following up again today.

Seems you have to watch everything with Woolies.

Another 2 messages later the 500 points have been credited.

I advise again WATCH CAREFULLY EVERYTHING WOOLIES DOES.

Got this in my inbox this morning :)

WW points will be converted to QF points only on 15 Dec. Is this a new policy? Used to be much faster.

Still waiting.

I'm
onto them now, the online chat with Komal
they are asking stupid questions , such as did i meet the minimum spend and did i activate the offer!!!!
Really Woolworths  treat your customers with respect.
" why market an offer in order to regain customers that have gone over to Coles or Aldi or IGA, if you are going to further alienate them with non delivery of promised offers!

I hate the way that the staff can't access the Woolworths Rewards information and verify the details themselves. If the relevant transactions appear in my account and the bonus points don't turn up, I always email them and say that the proof is already in the account so they don't need me to provide receipts or answer more questions.

gotGreat news, you’ve got $10.00 Woolworths Dollars off your next shop° but couldnt use it .... wondering if someone manage to use this offer?
