Everyday Rewards Targeted Offers

Sheesh, 10,000 for $80 spend! We got 2000 for $135! Week 1 was credited manually because we never received the booklet and because they delayed in emailing the offer details. Not sure that we will go for it, because that is a coughpy return on spend.

We've also switched back to the automatic discounts when 2000 points are accrued. I can't be coughd with QFF points....

There might be some confusion here. It's actually $80 per week for 4 weeks for 10,000 which is a total of $320. This is an offer where no points are paid until the end of the 4 weeks so we can't pick and choose which weeks we spend the $80. It was an email offer, not the booklets.

Word of warning.

Received this offer too, activated it and purchased items today (exact items as per the three listed). At the check out they were charged at $4.49ea.

Anyway, I paid and spoke to the team at the customer service counter and showed the lovely staff there my email. She then refunded my three packets of chips; gave me one for free and recharged the other two at the correct $2.60. I'm hoping that I still receive my bonus 1200 points.

So people, check those receipts and lets stay safe out there :)

Same. I didn't have time to chase this up at the time, but contacted Woolworths Rewards later. Was compensated the price difference with points. I did receive the 400 pts per packet at purchase.

not sure if the woolies system has a bit of a glitch

had done the first 2 shops for an offer of 6000 points spending $40 / week

last email i received showed I had points in my account.

today I receive an offer of 4000 points for spending $65 a week for 2 weeks

thought the rewards site might be like with flybuys where it records the offers you've applied to your account so logged in. my balance shows as 0 and there doesn't seem to be any way to confirm any offers you've activated.

is anyone else seeing their balance back at 0 today?

I've just checked all the family members accounts and they all have points in them. One of the accounts has points in the wrong place. It's over 2000 points from a credit on November 30 and the points haven't been converted over to $10 off the next shopping trip. I'll give it about a week and then chase things up.

Two family members received 2 week offers. One of the accounts which received an offer today is also taking the 4 week offer up. The fine print in the 2 week offer terms and conditions says that the offer can't be taken up in conjunction with any other offer which is a pity because the targets work well together. It's going to be very tricky to figure things out. If I do the large transaction first (and then not do the 2 week offer low target), it might trigger the low target offer and not the 4 week offer. The only way I could get both lots of bonus points is to do the small transaction and then the large transaction later in the week. Chances are the bonus points will end up in the wrong section of the account again like the case above. Who knows? We'll have to see what happens.

Don't take my explanation above as completely accurate. I've left out a few details here and there. Please just check the wording of your own offers carefully and figure things out as best you can.

Interesting offer for mum starting tomorrow for 3 weeks.

- Week 1 earn 1,000 bonus points for $30 spend
- Week 2 earn 2,000 bonus points for $40 spend
- Week 3 earn 3,000 bonus points for $50 spend

The spend hurdle goes up and down like a yo-yo. There is a middle ground they can utilise.

This offer appears to be as close as the new system comes to a "We miss you" offer. Sometimes the rewards are in points and other times the rewards offered are the equivalent in dollars off your shop.

And another email received for a 2 week offer for me. Except I am in the middle of a 4 week offer.

This offer is to spend $165/week for 2 weeks to receive 6,000 points. My previous offer is to spend $175/week for 4 weeks to receive 16,000 points.

Yes, these 2 week offers are rather confusing. Did you terms also say the 2 week offer can't be combined with any other offer? I think there will be problems arising from some of the 2 week offers but I can't be certain of this.

How do you put in a code that was mailed out ?
I have some offers and an activation code and cannot figure out where it goes on the Woolworths Rewards website ?
