Everyday Rewards Targeted Offers

It sound like an offer I received where the code goes in at checkout for an online shop. I had to look at the terms and conditions because it wasn't at all clear.

Yes, these 2 week offers are rather confusing. Did you terms also say the 2 week offer can't be combined with any other offer? I think there will be problems arising from some of the 2 week offers but I can't be certain of this.
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

I am getting a lot of offer fails this past month:

1. An email offer for 10c/litre off fuel valid for multiple uses over a month failed to trigger on two transactions. WOW helpline gave me a single use 10c/litre off as a make good. My maths says they only half made good.
2. My shareholder offer for spend $100 get 2,000 pts didn't trigger on three separate attempts and store service desk told me to ring the helpline. Nil service recovery attempted by WOW.
3. A coupon given when buying fuel for spend $100 get 2,000 pts failed. Didn't bother chasing.

I'm three weeks into a four week offer for 14,000 points, so I'll see this one through. But it's back to Coles for me after that.

Even 5% off wish cards and being a shareholder isn't enough to keep me coming back for these hassles.

On top of this, I'm finding it nigh on impossible to even keep track so I don't know whether points are opsting correctly or not.

It's possible that I no longer care though and getting $10 off a shop every now and again is good enough. The urge to chase points after I chose to not redeem for QFF points has really waned.

I think it's another mistake email.

An update email received only 2 weeks to go to earn 16,000 points with original spend amount.

Mine arrived this afternoon and I have activated. Will need to remind Mrs_O to check her emails....

I received mine as well about 5 minutes ago and have activated it - will be interesting to see whether the points post!

2 lots of 1,000 received here. Only 1 card has been used in the last 12 months and that was for about $30 of random shopping while we were away from home
