Yes, I just received the same email.
It's odd that they didn't request an Etihad Guest membership number as well.

I received it too. It was to my iCloud.com email address that I never use as I use the .me.com one. Be aware your email is also in the grey writing at the bottom.

I suggest that etihad guest already know your address

Yes, at the bottom it says:

This email was sent to [e-mail address] because you are acustomer of DHL Express or a subscriber to our newsletter. Ensure futuredelivery of our emails in your inbox by adding [email protected]to your address book.

.. of course I, and I suspect none of us are either a DHL Express customer nor a subscriber to their e-mails.

So on 17 June they send us e-mail saying card is on its way and due by 10th July and on 25th June DHL are asking for our postal addresses. My comment on the 17th:

I treat the date with a grain of salt.

... is sounding prescient.

I had a package sent by DHL from Florida ordered on last Monday and collected it today. Four days later. Dates are still possible.

Thanks all, I didn't see it.

I am confused. So should I send my address details etc to that DHL email or not??

I got the email last night too. So is the consensus we do have to reply or not? Seems a strange way to go about it with all the phishing type emails around these days.

Is then consensus then that the dhl email is genuine?

It looked a bit like a phishing scam to me (odd address format, not from EY directly etc)

Pretty coincidental that it got sent by their shipping provider to all of us who got the status match and no-one else right when they said they are sending the cards out?

I'd say its genuine.

I don't think it is legit - if you look at the Etihad site they say the following about phishing emails;

Generic email greeting: Many phishing emails begin with something generic like “Dear User” or “Dear Customer”.

I have sent off an email to them to confirm before I resend out my personal information - that Etihad already have correctly listed in my profile.

If it isn't legitimate then somehow "they" have obtained emails from this matching process. MrP who was matched received it, I didn't and I wasn't matched.

Yep. The only way would be to hack that status match email address then carefully pick out who was matched and send them all this email at the right time just to get addresses?

Odds would be pretty long on that wouldn't they?

I agree it seems unlikely to be a hack/phish, but the request is just so (frankly) stupid, one has to wonder. Internal e-mail lists or groups from organisations can be hacked so the e-mail being a fraud is not out of the question I think. I'm going to wait for smit0847's advice :)

I was status matched in February this year. Has anyone received their card in the post yet?
