FINALLY! - Citi launching Citi Prestige with Visa Infinite

Has any existing Citibank cardholders managed to snag the extra 70,000 sign on bonus with the prestige card?

I am a current signature card holder on annual free for life.

But would be keen to upgrade to a prestige if the sign-on bonus was given.

The T&C's state that existing cardholders are not eligible for the introductory offer (70k points)

Cheers,

Cheers,
Certainly having a crack at it as an upgrade from fee free for life Singapore and paying only the difference ($305pa) for life with the Prestige + the introductory BT offer. Will see what happens. It is part of a compensation request for some more disgraceful Citibank operations and customer service. Remains to be seen if it comes through!

Good luck! I recently celebrated the one year anniversary of my open complaint with Citi. Delays and ignorance appear to be the customer advocacy's main strategy.

I am at 58 phone calls in a one year period. That's got to be a record...

Glad to hear they spread the ignoring customers love around ;). FOS isn't that helpful either, Citi ignore them as well and they don't do anything about it.

I'm about 40 emails & about 15 calls for past 2 months to get this card. Still not got it yet.

Just curious, does anyone know what the minimum credit limit is for Citi Prestige Card?

Cheers,

I was in the same boat and I was told no by my corporate account manager.

It should be in that key information document they have to provide by law (or whatever it is called).

Edit: Is called key facts information sheet and is available on the application page.

Yeah. That's what I was told and I just wanted to confirm with others here as it's not published on their web site.

Oh thanks. I just searched that and was able to find it.

FYI

- Complimentary green fees at 20 prestigious courses across the Asia Pacific region including Australia

Sydney changed to St Michaels club now. Melbourne is still St Andrews Beach.

- 3 complimentary green fees at any public access golf club each calendar year. Terms and conditions apply.

Apparently this only covers golf course outside the APAC region and so it doesn't apply to other courses in Australia??
I'm still trying to confirm this with them as they weren't sure when I called today.

I'm just trying to book my complimentary night for July in NYC at Sheraton Tribeca before I redeem SPG for balance of my stay at the same hotel. Citi concierge confirmed they still don't have visibility of hotel inventory beyond March.

Been told reason for lack of visibility is citi are about the revise the list of hotels (may or may not include the same hotels) and they will then have visibility again after that. Will update again once I hear back from them. Interested in anyone else's experience.

how is everyone experience concierge service quality and speed

email? horrendous... ok i exaggerate but it's pretty unimpressive.

still haven't been upgraded on Shangri-La/ Golden Circle status despite outside 30 day period they quote. To be fair Hilton came through in the timeframe.

but what has me riled up at present is trying to utilise the stay 4, pay 3.

sent them an email thursday requesting specific hotels in Singapore for dates (next week), they promised to get back to me 2 times and then sent me emails saying sorry it's delayed, finally received today, missing some of the requested hotels (ok i can accept that), but none of the rates quoted were for stay 4, pay 3, and all prices could be beaten using an expedia/ agoda search that takes 5 minutes.... so why did it take them 5+ days to do it? useless!!!
