Notice the EDM in email address....has Flybuys been hacked?

No. You'll see that most or all of their emails come from @edm.flybuys.com.au. (EDM nominally standing for Electronic Direct Mail or Email Direct Marketing, but that's irrelevant in any event.)

Similarly for example you'll receive promotional emails from @e.velocityfrequentflyer.com, @e.qantas.com, @email.jetstar.com, etc.

By contrast, malicious email might appear like [email protected] or [email protected].
