I've found that several times in the last day when I've tried to submit the transfer, it just bumps me back to the rewards launch page without processing the transfer. However, it's also intermittently gone through. There used to be the ridiculous undocumented issue where it would reject transfers while overseas, but I'm working from within Australia this time.

It was intermittent and I eventually got all my points through. I'll PM if I hit another 2k points during the promotion period and have any trouble. Thanks.

Made a mistake and shopped 2 days too early for 2000 points. Then, WOW sent me a good offer so I shopped over there for a change. WOW rarely sends me anything.

Compared with shopping in eBay through VFF and QFF mall (1 point/$ and sometimes at Christmas 2 points/$) this isn't that great.

Did anyone participate in the promo a month back for 1500-3000 bonus points on car services at Kmart Tyre & Auto? If so, did you receive your bonus points?

I got the base points for a logbook service (plus new tyres and some consumables) within a couple of days, but the 3000 bonus points have yet to post. It's almost four weeks since the end of the promo period and I'd really like to include these in my +20% transfers to Velocity.

My base points are there but not the bonus points. I'd expect a partner like KTAS to take the full 4 weeks from end of promotion to process the bonus points.

Is this something you can look into, @flybuys ? Should I PM you? I would very much like to have these 3000 points in the next couple of days in order to convert another 2k-4k to Velocity with the 20% bonus.
