Flybuys Targeted Bonus Promotions

It seems interesting to me that the docket deals now appear to be coming along in clusters, with product-specific offers via email and the Flybuys website the more regular ones.

While doing my previous 10,000 bonus point offer, I wound up with another 4,000 through docket deals - but no docket deals at all since then. I do seem to get triple points offers on the email still...but I wonder if the docket deals will now only activate for people doing the weekly spend targets?

I'm not doing the current 4 week offer, as I have a 3x month with Woolies and am looking to get the required spend down slightly.

The recent email bonus points for product offers have been very lucrative and timely.

I am wondering about the timely but will deal with that later.

All up our family could take advantage of product offers on 4 accounts with some accounts getting 3 bonus offers that were very worthwhile.

Two accounts are on W12 of the coupons and we wait with much anticipation of what comes up next.

With the docket deals - one account actively using the coupons and email offers has received "triple points" offers the last few weeks as has a non-coupon account. The game continues....

Flybuys must be really concerned I'm not going to take up my 4 week offer. They've just sent me another targeted offer asking me to spend $50 for 1000 bonus points. That's the amount I am planning to spend tomorrow to take up Week 1 of the existing offer. This is just after the 5x points offer which ended today. The 1000 point offer only runs from Wednesday to Friday which is an unusual offer period but I'm willing to take it up. Maybe this makes up for not giving me a docket deal last week. Maybe they are moving away from docket deals and going to increase the email offers. Does this mean I have more or less chance of getting coupons in the next round. These will already have been ordered and printed even though they haven't been sent out yet.

Yeah I just got that a few minutes ago as well.

Only signed up to Flybuys for the Easy peasey ExploreGold offer, which I & basically everyone got. I'll suceed for the year in two more flights before explore expiry date.

Only ever used my flybuy card twice at First choice and thats it. Not really a Coles shopper until they put a Proper incentive forward.

I make a killing on points at WW, but for the right offer I'd certainly shop at Coles at least once, a couple more times if need be.

Just got 1000 points for $50; I didn't get the 4 week offer so I assume this end-of-week promotion is a short term catch all

I got a 4 week spend $50 each week for 10,000 points . recently bought the Perfect Gift Efptos Card from WW , i wonder if i can use this card for our weekly shop from Coles .

You can but wont be able to buy giftcards with it. I would usually use my Amex Edge at supermarkets but if you dont have a card with supermarket bonus points its an easy way to cash out (not a bad for paying off small balances too)

Got the same so now to combine with triple points checkout coupon and triple points last mail coupon.

Why does it have to rain now!

I got a 10 cents per litre discount offer for Coles Express. The offer can be used in addition to the normal 4 cents off dockets. The offer can be used multiple times during the valid dates. The marketing on the email says "10 cents off for the week" The only problem is that the offer is only valid for 6 days. That's not a week!!!!!!

We've received this a number of times BUT it always seems to be sent out immediately after the petrol price has jumped a minimum of 20 cents a litre. Almost like the old retail trick of putting a shlef price up 25% and then putting a sign up saying "Special - 20% off".

It's annoying that the Melbourne Petrol Cycle now goes for ~40 days now. Petrol stations in collusion.

Spend $220 a week for 4 weeks to receive 20k FB points or $100 off next shop. Opted for the $$ off

Also received a 1000 point bonus for spending $210 in a single shop and 2 triple points offer.

Sorry about this, our mistake. We've extended the offer until Thursday.

I reached the target for week 1 out of 4, yet any reference of the offer dropped off yesterday. Just wondering if I'll have any issues with week 2 - 4 or it's just gremlins in the Flybuys system currently. Week 1 was acknowledged on the receipt.

Same result here - keeping docket handy in case of any dispute...Actual shop has showed up in FB account just no recognition that week 1 has been met.

Concerning...

Oh, so excited to receive docket deals this time round! And the target is...... down to $40!

My previous coupons were $130. Over the course of six months, I only scanned my card on occasional <$20 spends and more recently took up a couple of $50-1000 point email offers.

Edit: most shopping in this time diverted to woolworths to take advantage of 5% off EGCs, with the exception of coles brand frozen butter chicken, which is superior (IMO) to the woolworths offering.

Thanks for your feedback and apologies for the confusion. It is a slight glitch in our system - the offer should reappear in your offers page.
