Flybuys Targeted Bonus Promotions

Gripe about the spend $ over 4 weeks dor bonus poibts (I'm $50 × 4 = 10k).

Week 1: done.
Week 2: THOUGHT it was done, BUT week 1 goes for longer then 7 days! So I completed 2 weeks of week 1 shopping, with none during week 2!

Annoys me to tears.

Any ways to have the repair crew / it wizards avtually do something, so that Sun - Sat = an actual week? In which it will then auto update that for week 2, being 9 days after week 1 (but still in the week 1 timezone of points shopping!) actually classes your 2nd shop as a week 2 spend....

I didn't bother keeping the receipt, but paid by cc.

So is today week 2? Week 1? Or even week 3?

I reached the target for week 1 out of 4, yet any reference of the offer dropped off yesterday. Just wondering if I'll have any issues with week 2 - 4 or it's just gremlins in the Flybuys system currently. Week 1 was acknowledged on the receipt.

My 4 week offer appears again on the offers page but not the activated offers page. At least it's better than not appearing at all. I had a problem last week with my shopping and didn't know if things had worked correctly for week 1. Hopefully I'll get a congratulations message when I do my week 2 shop.

Coupons are out this week.

We got 500 points for a $40 spend alternating with triple points at Coles.

There were a few product based offers but they were mostly Coles brand products which we don't use.

First Flybuys offer (of any kind) that I've had for ages arrives today - an email for 10c/litre off for Coles Express. Click on the Activate Now button, only to receive the message "Oops, that offer doesn't exist. Try another offer".

Yes, I just got that offer and error message as well. I hope they fix the problem by tonight. I'm considering taking up the offer tomorrow.

Just tried it again and the offer registered, so hopefully yours is working now as well.

Nice surprise of sorts in the mail.

Coupons last time around had 1,000 points for $50 - so 500 points for $40 is a big discount!

One neglected account got 1,000 points for $60 - know which one will be used?

Last week's effort saw notionally 2,500 points (1/4 of 10.000 4 wk offer), 1,000 point coupon and triple points docket deal for spend of $51.01 - on one account.

Another got triple docket deal and bonus product purchases which should net nearly 1,100 points. Waiting until Wednesday saw 2 products go on special - nice bonus there.

Wow is feeling VERY unloved for a while now in comparison.

I managed to get the Coles fuel offer activated.

I discovered a triple points offer from Coles as well for the next few days so have activated that as well.

Stacking offers is beginning to get worthwhile again. Tomorrow's $50 transaction will have 2 triple points docket deals, one email triple points offer, 500 point coupon plus effectively 2500 from week 2 of the 4 week offer.

Received my latest coupon pack: 1000 pts for $90 spend. Since 1000pts is $5 that's just over 5% disc. I won't be going out of my way to spend $90 in one hit.

Looks like I am buying lamb.

received my latest round of 12 week coupons:

1000 bonus points for $110 spend (every week)
20,000 bonus points if I complete all 12 weeks

the spend is a bit on the high for me to take this up, but at least it has come down from $250 on my last round of coupons!

Coupons arrived 500 points for $70 alternating with triple points.

Shopping docket acknowledged completing week two of the four week "deal"

Happy wandering

Fred

I can see late Sunday afternoon, sitting back drinking some hot chocolate with that warm and cozy feeling of a roast lamb lunch while checking what redemption flights are now getting closer to being mine....

Of course we're not getting manipulated by the marketing gurus...

The good news is that I got my "Congratulations" message confirming I'd done my week 2 shopping trip.

The bad news is that I'm so out of practise with the coupons that I forgot to bring my Week 1 coupon along.

The good news is that the Week 1 coupon is valid until July 30 so I'll use it with next weeks $50 transaction.

I also got a docket deal which gives me 40x points if I buy toilet paper. It doesn't specify brand so I'll use it next week to top up my stockpile of Coles toilet paper.

The checkout operator said that there was a technical problem with some of the printouts last week which explains why I swiped my flybuys card but my receipt claims I didn't.
