Flybuys Targeted Bonus Promotions

Is it normal for the spend $X over 4 weeks offer to disappear from your account after the first week? I achieved week one (complete with a congratulations on my docket), but it disappeared the other day (isn't even in the expired offers section), and I spent $50 yesterday for my week 2 target without anything appearing on my docket.

However, later on in the evening I got an email from Fly Buys reminding me to spend $50 by September 3rd... so color me confused.

i'm having the same issue as well, i spend $50 1st week last Saturday, nothing on my docket, and it's on the expired offers section and yesterday got another spend x amount for 2 weeks and get $20/4000 points, im just wondering will it overlap if i activate yesterday offer.

Have made a habit of keeping dockets through these multi-week promos. Often the online account will be wrong, but my dockets have correctly stated the periods of spend. Flybuys Email Support, with appropriate evidence, have always rectified the issues quickly though.

I have a plastic display envelope that all dockets get put into until the pints appear in the accounts.

If there are buy product get x points emails - I mark them accordingly and also put them as unread - once again until the points come through.

Gained so many 'mistake' points that otherwise I would have forgotten about given some offers state there can be a 6 week delay.

received a $20 off a $200 spend offer today - first time I've received such an offer (no choice to select either points or $xx off spend)

I am on the 2nd week of a 4 week bonus cycle and I have a $50 voucher from a car insurance policy. If my purchase target is $90 and I apply the $50 voucher will I still qualify for week 2 as I only paid $40 ?

It depends on how the voucher is applied. If it counts as a payment method, the $90 target stands. If it is used as a discount before the final receipt value is calculated then it won't count towards the $90 target. The targets have to be reached after all discounts have been applied. Is the voucher loaded to your card and used automatically or is it a choice of whether the credit is applied or not. My gut feeling is that it will be a "discount" and you'll have to spend $50 extra if you want to qualify for the bonus offer. I can't say for certain however without more details.

There is a choice. The checkout person asked if I wanted to apply the discount but I said no, in case it buggered up the bonus offer ( which is 15,000 points)

I have received an interesting offer. Spend $40 at Liquorland in-store for 3 weeks for a $50 Liquorland gc (no points alternative).

I'd be more inclined to go for it if Liquorland Fly Buys points posted properly.

I did receive the GC on a similar offer last year but it did take about a month after completion

I got the same offer but with a $30 weekly spend required instead.

Activated.

Just got a 25x points offer for cereal in the cereal aisle. The email had pictures of cereal boxes but wasn't really clear on whether the offer applied to everything in the cereal aisle. I like buying the Up and Go Liquid Breakfast but I don't know if this would be covered in the offer. I'm hoping Vita Brits are on special as well.

I have the same offer. Not each store has the same products in its cereal aisle but as the offer specifies 'cereal in the cereal aisle' I imagine any non-cereal products don't count. I would be surprised if Up and Go Liquid Breakfast is defined as a cereal.

I have the same issue - I received a spend $50 x 2 weeks. Same as you, activated the offer (which showed on the account), completed the $50 spend for week one (which ended yesterday), congratulations on the docket etc. Second week starts today - have been travelling, and am only just home and checked my Flybuys account. The offer is now not showing under "Offers", isn't in expired offers either - will have to see what happens when I do the $50 spend this week. I've kept the emails and the docket from last week so will keep an eye on it in case I need to chase it up.

I've started keeping the email offers too - i've a feeling a few bonus points haven't posted.
