Flybuys Targeted Bonus Promotions

I have the same issue - I received a spend $50 x 2 weeks. Same as you, activated the offer (which showed on the account), completed the $50 spend for week one (which ended yesterday), congratulations on the docket etc. Second week starts today - have been travelling, and am only just home and checked my Flybuys account. The offer is now not showing under "Offers", isn't in expired offers either - will have to see what happens when I do the $50 spend this week. I've kept the emails and the docket from last week so will keep an eye on it in case I need to chase it up.

I did my Week 2 qualifying shop today and the "congratulations" message was on the bottom of the docket saying I'd collected the 4000 points, so will check my account over the next couple of days to make sure they post. Interestingly, the offer has today reappeared on my Flybuys account!

Pleased to say the 4000 points posted to my account overnight, together with a "spend $50 for 2000 points Welcome to Flybuys" voucher from the brochure I received with my "new" account, and a triple points docket offer I used this week as well on that qualifying $50 spend - so nice to FINALLY be getting Coles offers after all this time and especially nice being able to stack them LOL.

It might be worth keeping a close eye on your transactions and points postings at the moment.

I've had a run of docket vouchers offering triple points over the last four weeks or so. Base points have posted for all transactions but I'm yet to receive any of the bonus/triple points.

A few days ago I mentioned I had a 25x points offer on cereal products. It turns out it also applies to the liquid breakfast products sold in the cereal aisle. I spent $8 on half price Up and Go products and received 192 bonus points for the cereal offer.

I dont think we will get any more points based offers, ie. buy x item for 300 points. it will now all be buy x item and get 10x points etc..

These (10x etc) certainly seem to be more prevalent, but I still have a few points based ones. I don't mind which way they spin it when it approaches 100x per dollar for something I would have bought anyway!

ETA the 10x seems to provide more opportunity for multiple items IME

19,000 points for 2x $200 spend.

Nineteen thousand??? I've never seen that high!

Just completed 2 x $60 for 4000
And to add to it I have just received a "spend $200 in one transaction this week and collect 4,000 bonus points".

@rainbowgirl as the resident expert, I take it I should expect to collect on both if I take the plunge?

I would absolutely expect you to get both, nice work!!

I think the $200 for 4,000 might be generic- even if I stock up on some magazines and travel to a big coles (Istra salami!!) it's probably too high for us right now.

Yes, as far as I know you can qualify for both offers in the one transaction (part one of the targeted 2 week offer and the general offer).

You can always stack other offers with the multi week flybuys offers and there's nothing on the terms and conditions of the general offer to say that it can't be taken up with other offers. These are the key things to look out for. I don't have the terms and conditions of your 2 week offer but I'm going by the terms I have seen on the usual 4 week offers.

The only offers that can't generally be stacked are multiple docket deals in the same transaction. But docket deals themselves will stack with mailout coupons, multi week email promos, etc.

Today last shop for my 4 x $50 for 10,000 pts.
Noted on the back of the docket, but not in my account yet.
Easy points to keep them ticking over.

I've completed my 4 week offer but the points have been delayed. I've got the base points but the bonus points will be added later according to this message on my account.

"Please note there has been a temporary delay with awarding some Coles points to member’s accounts.
These will be added by Monday 18th September 2017."

It's good that flybuys have admitted there is an error. Saves me chasing things up next week.
