Just opened mine - a pleasant surprise with triple points alternating with spend $70 for 500 pts. Last offers were spend $90 for 500 pts so they must have noticed that I only used the triple points offers last time and have pitched the target just slightly higher than my regular spend of $60-65. A result!

Lucky you, 500 points for $140 spend, I am NOT going to use these coupons, hope they get the message. I get better deals on the dockets, especially when I don't shop regularly.

My coupons arrived today. 500 points for $30 shop alternating with triple points. I also got a 1000 point docket deal for spending $50 which I'll use on Friday as part of my week 2 spend for the 10,000 points. It will be nice to pick up some other bonus points during the 4 week promotion. I should be able to use all of the weekly coupons this time around. I didn't expect flybuys to do back to back coupon campaigns but I'm glad they did.

It varies between $30 and $60 per week depending on the offers available.

I'll be spending $50 per week during the 4 week promotion. During the rest of the coupon promotion I'll use the $30/500 point coupons and make sure I stop the transaction at $30 so the value of the coupons won't go up too much next time around.

Is anyone having any problems with bonus points promotions not posting the bonus points to their account? For me they all post like clockwork and are always correct EXCEPT for bonus points on fuel. These are always email offers which you have to activate (before you ask - I do activate them). The base points for the fuel always post but the bonus points for buying 25 or 30 litres never post even after waiting the required 4 weeks. So is it me or does anyone else have this problem?

Fly Buys have definitely lifted their game but it would be nice if they could get the fuel bonus points to work as well.

I've given up taking up Coles Express offers after the problems I've had getting points to be posted. Occasionally the bonus points have posted automatically 4-8 weeks after the promotion end but there have been at least 300 points that have never posted at all. Unfortunately I took too long to chase them up and Flybuys wouldn't credit them (don't wait 6 months or more to chase up points)

When the flybuys revamp happened I spent ages on the phone trying to get the call centre staff to post some points from a docket deal from Coles which offered bonus points at Coles express. There was a long discussion about how many of the new points should be credited in order to make the transaction worthwhile.

Since the problems I had on the phone I've chased up the missing points via the Contact Us system in the FAQ section. This mostly worked well except for the points that I waited too long to chase up.

Like others, I have had the problem of bonus points from Coles Express not posting. Sometimes, the points will show up 4 randomly a few months after the promotion has ended and sometimes not at all.

The same issue is also happening with the Coles bonus points that are linked to emails in that it takes a long time for the points to post. Don't think this was an issue for Docket deals/voucher bonus points as these tend to get posted quickly.

I agree. I find that Coles docket deals and vouchers always post within 2 - 3 days. Coles email deals can take 3 - 4 weeks but they invariably post. Let us see what flybuys comes up with on the Coles Express email offers.
