Flybuys Targeted Bonus Promotions

I got an email offer of triple points at Coles from today until Thursday. This offer has very interesting timing. Does this count as my offer for the week or will there be an additional offer on Wednesday which starts on Thursday.

If I get to double dip on email offers that means I could do my $60 shop on Thursday and take up the email offers, a docket deal and my last high value coupon before the end of the coupon promotion. I guess time will tell.

I got the triple points offer as well. Did two little shops in the last 5 days, no bonus points deals and one didn't even have any booze deals.

Spend $90 for 1,000 points docket, Week 11 spend $60 for 500 points coupon and triple points email offer used today.

I haven't used too many of the coupons so hopefully the next lot drop the amount a bit.

I think the key is doing small inbetween shops to keep your average shop total low. Sometimes when I go past a Coles, I buy just a packet of pasta or some other low priced item I regularly use.

Yep, I have been doing that as well. The staff don't mind at all that I swipe the FlyBuys card for a $2 purchase.

I just got my Wednesday email from flybuys. There wasn't a new email offer, just a reminder about my triple points email which ends on Thursday.

It looks like I'm not going to get an extra one off email offer so I'll probably do my shopping tomorrow in order to take up the docket deals, coupon and triple points email.

This either means that there are no late week large value email offers or flybuys are going to start another of their 4 week promotions with the first week being 10 days running from Friday April 8 to Sunday 17 April. If they do this it will be similar to the last 4 week promotion which had 10 days for it's first week and made everything rather confusing.

This is just my speculation based on the patterns that flybuys have previously used for their offers. I have no idea how good I am at predicting things.

I had the car serviced at kmart TaA - triple points deal....still waiting for the points after 3 weeks. Should i contact flybuys?

Flybuys usually take 4-6 weeks to credit Kmart Tyre and Auto targeted offers. If you haven't heard by then, give flybuys a call or contact them another way. It might be 4 weeks from the end of the promotion date. These offers usually run over a couple of weeks so that might also delay the crediting of points. Good luck.

New offer for me - spend $110/week for 4 weeks for 15,000 points. The last 4 week promotion was $80 spend for 10,000 points.

Will have to 'consult' with He Who Thinks He's In Charge before I go ahead.

That's fascinating. I haven't heard of a 4 week offer with a 15,000 point reward before. Good luck figuring out whether it is a good offer for you.

I got another 10,000 points offer for spending $50 for 4 weeks. I should be able to manage that.

our offer is $150 a week for 15000 pts or $75 off after the 4 weeks. last time it was a $175 a week spend - that we didn't achieve

We've had some very interesting offers so far mentioned here.

I'm wondering if the 15,000 point offers are for the higher spend totals only. Perhaps Flybuys have been looking at what Woolworths Rewards have been doing regarding increasing the reward amount when the target amount has been increased.

Keep letting us know the offers and the rewards and I might start doing the calculations. So far I've seen a 10,000 point reward for under $100 target per week and 15,000 reward for amounts over $100 per week. It will be interesting to see whether other members have similar offers which is consistent with this theory.

My guess is that the percentage reward will still work out best for people who have lower weekly targets.

I received $100 shop for 4 weeks, 15k points. I haven't been actively chasing fly buys so that may be why I have the larger reward.

I have a spend $50 for 4 weeks to get $50 or 10k points. This is the first of these types of offers I have had since around last September when the target was $90. I have only been an occasional shopper at Coles recently.

I got $160 for 4 weeks for 15,000 points
So not gonna take them up on that offer sheesh! That's crazy money, I live alone, how the heck could I possibly spend $160 a week for 4 weeks on groceries? I'd be lucky to spend that in a month!!!!

It looks like the trigger point for the 15,000 points reward is a $100 spend per week for selected members. This is around a 19% return across the 4 weeks.

The 10,000 points offer for $50 week is a 25% return across the 4 weeks, plus whatever other points earned on docket deals and coupons during that time.

The lower targets do seem to still attract the highest percentage reward, but the higher target rewards are not as bad as they used to be. Someone on the $90 target might get annoyed however. Their return is about 14% which is less than the return for the person who has to spend $100 per week as mentioned above.

We had 15k for $250x4 on active account and 10k for $60x4 on a dormant one. Should be able to do both

Glad we got some reasonable offers as was feeling left out the last couple of months

Docket deals appear to be back this week but they aren't consistent between members. Usually they are either all double points or all 1000 points for a specific spend. I went shopping with a friend of mine today to do my top up shopping and checed out what Easter Eggs were left at Coles. I got a docket deal for 1000 points for a $60 spend expiring on 12 April and my friend got a double points docket deal expiring on 19 April. The expiry dates are a bit unusual as well.

I also got a triple points email offer running from Thursday to Sunday. I'll probably only do a small shop this week and use my 1000 point coupon next week when I use the Week 11 coupon which is the last high value coupon of the current set. I've got a triple points coupon this week plus the email triple points so I'll only spend around $20.

I got the 1000 bonus dockets and just got an email for 4x $80 over 4 weeks spends for 10k points..
