With auto immune diseases the aim of the treatment is to dampen down the immune system. Echinacea is purported to ramp it up so it works against the medications.
Better blood test results as I upped my exercise, lost a bit of weight and reduced the fruit I eat. Only 2 red markers on the blood analysis to work on over the next 3 months so I am happy that the trend is my friend.
Hearing is a huge minefield where promise often triumphs reality (after they have your money… )
Flat losses are manageable with aids , but the more common high end drop off is difficult to ameliorate .
Audio's tend to be in two camps .. selling hearing aids… and selling hearing aids with some applied science and a lot of hope...
A high fruit diet puts a big load on your sugar processing systems .. caveat emptor
I think you best take the safe option and get someone inYay, just had my last visit to the F.C., scaphoid is ok, now to get back on the roof and complete what I was doing back in early March.
Yes Pushka and that sugar worked its way into one of my blood readings.

I've been trying 4 fruits for lunch spaced around an hour or so apart and hasn't worked for weight loss. The message used to be five serves of fruit a day but that's changed to vegetables. Fruit contains a lot of sugar.

My hearing must be bad. I was in a hifi store looking for some speakers and I let the salesman indulge me in a listening session. I could not discern the nuances in sound between a cheaper speaker and a very expensive speaker. He even tried to sell me a power filter which improves the quality of the electricity coming to my amplifier suggesting that it substantially improves the quality of the sound.Either my hearing is bad or he is making it up. Possibly he believes in the hype. In the end my spend was 3 figures.
The Australian Dietary Guidelines have advised 5 + 2 since at least 2003 - being 5 serves of vegetables and 2 serves of fruit.
4 serves is at the upper end of recommended - and more for people who are very active (ie athletes). They are still a source of carbs and sugar (albeit naturally occurring) and thus will impact on weight loss if consumed in excess of recommended levels.
It's also going to depend on what fruit you're eating - berries/ cherries/ passionfruit are some of the best choices.
Unfortunately hearing loss goes with age. I remember when I was about 25 someone who was about 55 saying that by the time one could afford real hifi speakers you couldn't tell by listening that they were really good speakers. Very sad really.
Mandarins are in season and we are eating heaps of Imperials. Bananas are also fairly cheap at the moment.
Crazy that Tomatoes are more expensive then most fruit at the moment.
