Gift Cards at Supermarkets

Just buy 5 at a time.

If I recall correctly from 2016, the system couldn't handle more than this in one transaction.

$500 limit per transaction.

Wish I had extra staff 5% discount

Guess I can use my $50 cards which I got for 20% off.

Not bad!

And what cards are they?
Just go in- they rarely change much though may run out in a particular store if there is an offer on
Seem to remember there was a list very early in this thread

This varies between stores. JB, Hoyts and Flight Centre are common. But you will need to visit your local store to find out.

Wow they vary!? I didn't know that.
No wonder people wouldn't tell me

Very strange

Different shops sell different things sometimes, have you never noticed that ... you need to get out more and do some shopping. ;)

Can you use a wish gift card to buy one of these 88 cards?

I assume yes. TnCs state you can't use egiftcards to purchase Woolworths reloadable cards or Woolworths money products but I think this doesn't count.

Best way it seems would be to purchase a $88 egift card and try buying one tomorrow. Worst that can happen is I can't buy it and I'll use the egiftcard on petrol.

Popped into WW on way home and only 1 card-having said that, the store was poorly stocked last time

I can report that i use the wishcard to buy 12*$88 eftpos card in sa today. there were only 12 cards left at 7.15am at the store i went. Be quick

Um what's the point of buying these cards even for the 3ppd when you can get 3ppd and 5% off via cash rewards?

Read the thread-the answers are there

Seems to be a common type here

Long term members getting on their high horse and trying to make themselves feel better.
If you're not going to answer don't waste bandwidth.
.
Have read it and can't find it

You might as well point in the right direction if your reply to this is going to be another barking order
