Josh,

All I can say is wow :!:

I need to get ahead, I'm not the most active person on the weekends

Wake up time is usually around 10 or 11 in the morning:mrgreen:

Josh:p

A little less than yesterday at over 15,000 steps. Not sure how step counts will go for the next week as I jet around Asia.

My day total will be down from yesterday, just got busy at doing computer work today and less physical running around, my brain hurts more from the work I did. Tomorrow should be up above 10,000 easy.

i am really going to need to lift my game!
We'll see how today goes where mrs c has dictated that much gardening will be done!
Involving much walking around teh paddock!

C
(why the hell did i pay for someone on the other team who runs ?)

I've been increasing my average every day and as expected, a weekend day was rich pickings for me - 19K. This was without my daughter, so I would expect that Saturday averages will increase when I have to chase around after her.

I still haven't worked out the stats for our team, it seems weird, but perhaps because the average uses those entered to date (and maybe not all have entered their Saturday steps yet).

Nice going Team One Alliance...188 as I type this (Team starworld languishing back in 2182).

Sounds like everyone is doing great, lots of steps being entered.

Friday was a bit slow for me only 8909, however yesterday was much better with 15148. I'm taking the kids out for the day today so we will see how that goes.

Robyn :)

As of right now Team One Alliance is in position 39 (step average of 13,408) and Team Starworld is 180th (step average 10,778).

I'm sure this will change through the day as others post their totals.

I will need to think about my walking strategy for the next few days as I jet around Asia and walk around terminals. HKG is a big terminal but you'd be surprised how little in circumspect it actually adds to your step count, even after you look back at how far you've walked.

I did about 12,000 yesterday before leaving BNE at 1130h.

A slow day for me with only around 7000 thus far.

Time to get on the treadmill. (It's too cold outside)

I had to drag my treadmill out of the spare room
Amazing how far you can walk watching the footy!

It will be interesting to see how much i drop when i spend the week in teh office!

Well I had a stronger 1st 3 days. Today I am only at 8,000.

I will try to go for a walk before bed... It's bloody cold here tonight though!

Melbourne is currently showing as 12.1 deg and Sale is showing as 5.6 deg.

It's almost hot in Melbourne :!:

I am going to have a low step count today. Somehow just been busy today, standing up and going nowhere.

I have been noticing the low temperatures in Sale; Melbourne and Adelaide compared to Brisbane; why is Sale so cold. brrr.
