Your August points though should already be marked for "free" extension. See below.
If you look at miles validity you will note that there is a View attachment 273784 at left. This indicates which points will be extended "for free" in the current batch. Though SQ have already announced that after the current 6 months, that they will do likewise for points from July to Dec 2022. Mine are shown labelled up till Aug. But we know that points expiring up till Dec 2022 will be extended.
Click on that a pop up appears.
So it my case I will get 917,324 points extended from June to Dec. In Dec they will be extended to expire in June 2022.
My 536 points expiring in July will be extended to expire in Jan 2023. No further "free" extension will occur. Or at least not announced at present, and I doubt that any further extension will occur beyond what is announced.
