I just heard on the radio that Wendy Whitely (Brett the artist's ex-wife) has a gorilla garden near Lavender Bay SYD.

A WHAT I thought, ... oh! a guerrilla garden.

Sadly, I made a gentle comment to the staff "shame about the sign" and was told "a few people have commented about the sign: we've had someone look at it but can't see anything wrong with it."

Sigh.
 
Like that sign. Similarly I've got a photo of from The Nut near Stanley in Tasmania but it goes one better (or worse) - carved in stone (think it was an errant it's). I'll have a look for it.

Saw this on NoNews just then - will probably get fixed but here it is for posterity:

HALLOWEEN never used to be a “thing” in Australia, but judging by this year’s addition, it’s finally taking off. That comes with some benefits.
Maybe they did add something to it but I doubt it.

My guess is what Qantas meant to say was "Shop at any one of the 50 stores including David Jones, Marcs and THE ICONIC and each time you shop you'll go in the draw to win AU$2,000 credit with NET-A-Porter".
